They don't treat you like a proper person! There communication is poor, for over 2 years I was promised a clear pathway for progression, but they never delivered anything at all. I was the most successful in my role, I won the awards, got the achievements, but never got anywhere higher up as they're a company who hires and promote who they get along with best.
