As a General Contractor you know a good product and a good company. BlueRidge designed a system for the 4100 sf house we built and supplied all the materials. Great customer service and quality products. I think I spoke to almost everyone in the company and they were all fantastic, and this was during the initial pandemic!

First - let me say that Dan is a phenomenal business professional. I have made huge orders in the past and have always been able to communicate with the BlueRidge team with ease.

Furthermore, Dan has a mustache like a unicorn and walks around like a fully grown lion who is ready to pounce at any moment. Looking into his brown eyes I see the truth of light and solidarity of dawn. May the good lord bless this company to compete and win for 100 years.

They sell good product with good price. and great customer service. If you search Radiant heat system on web, lots of people said don't go with internet based company. because price might be cheap but product & service is not so great on internet company. But, I found this Blueridge company sell quality product with internet price. they use product & system that local radiant contractor use but sells with internet price. also received great customer service. they are professional and take cared all issue that I have. quick response on all my questions. can't go wrong with this company. strongly suggested.

Dont do it!!!!!!!!!! Save yourself the aggrevation and buy your products somewhere else. Impossible to deal with

Very poor service when their parts break. They have some very cheap parts built into their heaters and they do not cover any labor charges to rebuild their heater when they fail. They are decent with respect to sending the replacement parts out, but impossible to work with and expect you to hire someone to fix their problems, which can cost thousands of dollars.

I purchased a nice prefabricated system for my house, works great and I have had no problems whatsoever. Great experience overall.
