Whatever you do, DO NOT WORK HERE. They claim to be LGBTQ+ friendly but keep using dead names and wrong pronouns, threatened to deport someone because they had made a crude joke , refuse to take doctors notes or help people with chronic illness. We lost over 20 people in my group within a couple of months because of mistreatment.
Better to work at admiral or concentrix unless you really enjoy getting Absolutely destroyed over a company that could not care less about you.
Ps: Giving rice crispies squares to you workers doesn t remove the unprofessional and almost cruel way you treat them.

Went here for a job interview pretty sure they wanted me on board as I did good in the interview but i turned it down as nobody who hates themselves enough to work in a call center wants to have to dress in formal attire all the time, got a way better job elsewhere that pays higher now and i dont have to leave home.

One of the worst "generic" interviews I've had. Over-qualified for the job I was applying for and didn't get a callback. Good riddance. Stay away from call centers in general, no matter what the job, client, or hourly wage.

I wouldn't say this is a typical call centre environment because of the various types of clients that BOCC has and a huge variety of roles and responsibilities.

I've gained more work experiences in the first year I worked here. Mostly because I am someone that wants to move up in jobs and I realize some people don't aspire to do that.

I have received more support from management here than other jobs and it's been so refreshing.

Mediocre project managers and ultimately the only good part of working there is making chats with your fellow disgruntled employees and making fun of how poorly they run their project. If you like having half your team pulled to supply someone else's inability to staff a project you'll love it here.

Worst job I ever had. So stressful and such pathetic pay. Management was full of useless ideas and of no help to employees. I developed shingles while working under this stress and was reprimanded for taking time off. What a joke of a company. Dont bother applying, homelessness would be better.

I still work here, but even if I didn't work here anymore, I would still say this is a great place to work. The staff is great, there is room for advancement, I have seen nothing but friendly agents who care about the customer.

Have applied a few times here. Despite being over qualified for the roles, these people not once even acknowledged the receipt of the resume & cover letter, leave alone informing the candidate about the outcome.
