The Westin Trillium House was super accommodating to us and our dogs. Everyone was just so friendly. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Friendly service! and amazing restaurants in the village with great food.
If planning to go these days, purchase tickets for any amenities a few days before going.
It's the biggest resort in Ontario near the GTA. Decent selection of runs of varying difficulty that will probably challenge even experienced riders.
Beautiful place for a conference. Only complaint might be parking and shuttle routine.
Other than that, it's top knoch.
I would recommend this place to anyone it is alot more in price but the convenience of being in the center of everything. They have shops and places to eat or have a drink. They also have all kinds of activities and in the winter and excellent ski resort.
I went with my family for a day trip. The environment in tthe village is very similar to the one in Mont Tremblant. I had the opportunity to try the Mountain Coaster and it was one of the most exciting ride. Definitely worth the $16.
Pick any Michigan resort you want and try to compare it to blue mountain like i did... you will discover that there really is NO comparison. This resort is best in class for the Midwest ski area. 5, 6-passenger express chair lifts, long runs, incredible terrain park and pipe, decent food, decent beer, some of the most vertical and some longest runs in the Midwest are all great reasons for why I say "best in class". The one thing I have not done yet is stay I the village, which just by glancing at it, looks incredible. Very nice job blue mountain, I'll be getting my Ikon Pass today and visiting blue on the weekends next Winter!
My 3 year old got burned by touching the fire place they didn t have anything to help her on site i had to take her to the hospital no help from any one
One of my favorites places in the world and went twice in autumn and winter, sunch a different activities in the same place. I made a lovely memories with my family.
Quality experience for couples and families, so much to do.
Location is easy to get. Rooms were clean and customer service was great.
A nice resort for hiking in summer and skiing in winter. Lots of restaurants and places to stay.
Fresh air but gladly Provincial restrictions are in place!
Loved our stay, hill was great and very well kept. The village itself was very nicely decorated. Will be back again soon.
For the surrounding western NY area, Blue Mountain Resort has some of the better and more established lift access mountain biking which is what brought me there. The problem is how unorganized and chaotic the area is at all times. The mountain biking is integrated into all of the other resort attractions and it becomes a hostile environment as bikers, people on segues and people walking try and use the same paths, trails, etc. The staff was AWFUL other than those part of the mountain biking scene such as the mechanics working at the shop who were a HUGE help and didn't even charge me for a quick fix to my headset. The biking employees are the only reason this is a three-star rating instead of two. My experience was pretty bad getting a ticket as they don't say anywhere that first-timers need to head inside, so after waiting at the window for 15 minutes for a ticket, I'm told to go inside where there's a line out of the door as, like I said, all attractions are funneled through the same areas. After I'm in line there, an employee tells me I have to exit the line to fill out the waiver after I was just about at the front. I had to argue for five minutes how I'm not waiting in line again until a nice family said they would hold my spot. THEN I get up to find I need to go BACK DOWN to complete an evaluation where I have to wait for employees to walk to the wooden jumps and watch me complete the features. All in all, it took me two hours to even get on the trails and I was really annoyed at that point. This really only applies to people there for their first time, but for me it was most likely my last.
Great skiing hill . Multiple runs and we'll groomed snow . Great experience . Lines for lifts are lengthy on weekends and holidays
Solid slopes for a variety of skill levels. If you re new to either skiing or snowboarding, there are five levels of lessons offered, which are good enough to get beginners to a green circle level slope within a few hours.
Prices for food and drink are generally pretty high within the resort and the Village, per ski resort standard. There are a few good spots for food in Collingwood, which is around a 7-9 KM drive away.
It's an amazing place to spend time with friends and family with lots of activities to keep you occupied.
This is as good as skiing gets in Ontario. I usually go on a day trip on the weekend. The village is very nice with plenty of restaurants and shopping.
Lovely lil place with cute shops and beautiful mountains.
Love how this place is packing with so many winter activities!
Would definitely recommend this place to people who wanna try / learn snowboarding/skiing. They offer quick classes with the rentals.
This place looks prettier at night with the lights.
I really enjoyed my stay at this resort. The mountains are beautiful to behold. I ll definitely be back!
Probably the best Ontario has to offer. Very expensive for what it is, but has a nice village and excellent service provided mainly by the younger or the older demographic of Collingwood. They have an excellent special on Mondays where you can night skii and have dinner for 30$ all in - excellent value there!
Love the Village! Great place to visit with friends wether you stay there or not. Lots to do.
I enjoyed my time here. In the winter, it's a busy place and you get swept up in the wintery atmosphere. The village is alive and a lot of fun at night. Some places with live music, frozen yogurt and good food. If skiing is your thing, this is a good spot
Not available this activity i visted on July 22-2020
The mixture of nature and entertainment in one place. There is something to do for every member of the family.
Rides, mini-golf and ziplines. My boy had tons of fun there.
Very memorable vacation!
Amazing natural beauty, the village is privately owned, very nice, lively. famous for skiing and mountain cycling. It is good place for winter and summer as well. we went in summer only but wanted to go in winter too. there are many place to visit for the first timers. Don't forget to take the gondola rides on your way back after hiking. Amazing rides, foods, live music, live shows. Nice and clean washrooms and accessible to public.
The view is awesome but there's not a lot of activities to do
Beautiful family getaway! Was so much fun. So much to do here. Could not get enough of it. Will be back for sure!
Tubing Only Review. If you happen to google Blue Mountain Resort Tubing, you quickly come upon all these really fun looking downhill tubing videos...only to realize that Blue Mountain resort is in Pennsylvania!
The tubing hill at Blue Mountain Resort- Ontario is "underwhelming" as a kid told me walking out. I had more fun tubing the snow banks in the parking lot!
I know this place is geared towards Skiing and snowboarding, however; these guys are behind the times when it comes to a winter resort. Throw in some epic tubing hills and this place would be the Michelin Star of winter resorts.
Good skiing. If you think it might be lame because it's the escarpment, you'll be pleasantly surprised. Black diamond runs were just as good, if not better than Holiday Valley's ones. Very interesting glades on the southern part.
It's no whistler but for someone average at skiing it's perfect. A little expensive for tickets however.
Great resort, fantastic sights, plenty of food/dessert places to chose from. For those in the Quebec/East regions Mont Tremblant would be where to go and for those near the GTA blue mountain is the go to ski/mountain resort.
The hotel and the conference centre were pretty nice.
Magical place. Always so much fun and we keep coming back all year round.... Perfect for families and romantic getaways....
The staff were all friendly and rooms were clean. The changerooms for the pool and spa were a little strange being in the basement though, but it's all about the skiing anyway!
I spent the weekend at The Seasons in Blue Mountain village and had a great stay. Rooms were nice, close to lots of dining options, very friendly staff. Price is a bit high for this level hotel but you pay for the convenience. I would definitely stay here again! My only issue is that WiFi is not provided free... It's 2017, if I can get free WiFi for ordering a $1 coffee, I should be able to get WiFi paying $200 per night.
Overpriced when not picking up a lift ticket online at least a week ahead of time. $100+ for day of tickets on a weekend for 8 hours is absolutely crazy. While they're the best we have in Ontario, they're more expensive than many significantly better ski resorts. Food there is also inflated but expected. Consider bringing your own lunch, they have microwaves there.
Good spot for Ontario....but come on it's a gouge especially if you you have young kids @ $14 bucks, in the US for kids this is free and comparable f not better skiing, check out holiday valley just across the border
Ok, I've been coming to Blue for the last decade, staying for the last 4 years at least twice, I love coming to this place, the resort and staff are always welcoming, do note if you want specific things on your suite, you must confirm at check in before you head over to rest; I had reserved a suite with a balcony and a mountain view (photo 4)so me and my girlfriend could enjoy the fireworks, except that the balcony's door had a locked which we later found the balcony was condemned and unusable. Couldn't enjoy the great weather and fireworks. Regardless, I will still come back to the Resort, did I mention hot tub after riding all day? Oh yeah.
Excellant location to host a professional event. Conference center is great. Lots to do and eat in the Village.
Kinda over priced restaurants. Low quality and smallish portions. Otherwise a great place to enjoy the outdoors.
While there is definitely something there for nearly everyone, be prepared to pay. The prices seem to increase steadily every year for all the amenities. The Grand Georgian and Mosaic are nice! The suites could do with a bit updating, but always clean. Rusty's used to be waaaaay better; they don't even serve pitchers (even to large groups!?) anymore. Their prices are outrageous. The Starbucks is always busy!
I was only there to use the bathroom. But it's nice! 10/10. Would pee again.
Enjoyed our stay. There were a few things that could have been improved.
Beautiful spot to visit in October. The fall colors were amazing.
Beautiful resort at the bottom of the mountain. Excellent location if you want to go skiing or snow boarding and explore the village.
Didn't stay at resort but impressed with the free parking if you just want to walk around and explore (went in June). Highly recommend doing the Cascade hike in the spring/summer/fall.
Stayed on 3 separate weekends, always at the Westin. Nice rooms. Reasonable room prices for a resort area. Excellent food at O&B, but be prepared to pay for the excellent quality. Lots of things to do if you enjoy the outdoors, and there are several options for nightlife as well. I found it pricey to pay for each individual activity (ie. gondola, caves, mountain coaater), but I haven't looked into how much packages save you. All in all, a nice weekend getaway spot.
Overall I love the place and have been a regular for many years, but maybe not wise to come during the COVID-19 pandemic. If I was going to visit again, I would pick a weekday. I was walking around the village on a Saturday night and there were people everywhere. I had to actively dodgee people bumping into me and going over the arrows to get to the other side. While masks aren't required outdoors by law, no one in site besides my partner and I were wearing masks walking around in a large crowd. Surprised at the lack of common sense. A lot of people also weren't following the arrows, not even the security. I did not feel safe walking around.
Generally a good ski hill with a great lodge and a quaint village. Knowledgeable ski for beginner skiiers. Unfortunately, it is very touristy hill and can get very packed and feel a bit too corporate. Additionally, there is little variety in terrain; it all feels similar in difficulty with each run feeling much the same. Nonetheless, a good place for a family ski day.
Very fun for the family. Lots to do, fun all year round
I went to Blue Mountain for snowboarding. Staff at the ticket booth were very helpful with figuring out how to get my tickets as they were purchased online. The slopes were a nice - almost like surfing on snow as the weather was warmer that weekend. Good time.
Great! Would not rent equipment here as it gets too busy and crowded, but overall is great
Clean open air concept. Lots of shops and food places for the gang to eat! From steaks to flalafas...clothing shops candy shops chocolate shops real estate store bakery etc...also a couple of pubs and patios....
Great place to be. Good for Skiing in winters and the lush greens in the summer. Pair the trip here with Wasaga beach and you will enjoy it.
Looking to kick it up a notch as you send 2018 out and ring in 2019? Come check out the festivities at Slopeside Pub & Grill for a truly unique New Year's celebration at Blue Mountain Resort.
Excellent service. Beautiful here. I will certainly come again
The hills are decent, the customer service is non-existent.Their customer service is so bad that if there was taller/better hills in Ontario I would never return here. The village's food is decent but the bars are awesome.
Just stopped in to kill some time. We visited several shops and had lunch at a great pizza place/bar. Would love to spend a couple days for the full experience.
LODGING: This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced, I would HIGHLY suggest finding somewhere else to stay over night. My boyfriend called to book a room for 6 people in December, well to begin, you will sit there on the phone waiting a long time until they pick up so he decided to leave a voicemail about the day we wanted to book and how many people. They called back and offered him a discount code and stated the date he requested was available. He wanted to speak to me to make sure I was happy with it before booking it. I told him I was and would call back. So I call back later in the evening and wait ~10 minutes before they first pick up the phone. I told them my boyfriend called earlier and I wanted to book that date...Lisa ARGUED with me about what date my boyfriend said (it's my birthday - pretty sure he didn't get it wrong;)) and said they would not have offered that discount on that day and it's not available. Lisa kept insisting "I wrote it down, it said November" so I told her to go back and listen to the voicemail. They call me back 5 minutes later and first off, don't even apologize and acknowledge I was right and they shouldn't have argued. After ALL this hassle, they couldn't even offer me the room I wanted on the right day. Thank you for wasting an hour in total of my day and to not acknowledge your mistakes.
It was great but the hotel needs some renovations. It was clean and helpful friendly staff
Absolutely beautiful place to visit in the winter time. There was tons to do in the area and the village and everything is close in proximity.
Very beautiful place. Takes usually 2 hrs drive from Toronto
We have spent many family weekends here and they are only getting better as my kids get older. It is the best hill in Ontario that I have found, although it does get very busy on weekends with lots of amateurs flying around. Great village with many awesome restaurants.
Clean, fun, well organized. The runs are great to revisit or learn on for the first time.
Our room was very nicely furnished and comfortable. There were many dining options to choose from as well. Plenty of activities to choose from on the resort and locally kept us busy and entertained.
They are under going renovations. The finished product in 2020 should be great. Even though renovations are going they are very much in the background and will not affect your stay. I was there for a conference and the staff looked after us very well.
Super friendly staff at the conference center. This was the best experience I've had at any event anywhere. Everyone who works at the Blue Mountain conference center went out of there way to help, and always with a smile. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a event location.
Awesome place. Perfect for families with young children or people who just want to have some fun. Plenty of activities to choose from. Prices are reasonable.
For 270 a night I expected the bed and sofa to be more comfortable yet my back was broken the next day... location is great and staff are helpful. For the hot pool and hot tub no slippers provided! So you will walk in the cold unless you bring you own.
Great hotel and close to everything. Just wish the village in general offered more options for little ones under 3.
Great place to visit. Alot of fun activities for the entire family. Recommend everyone go there onces.
This place has amazing hills for skiing and snowboarding, amazing village with a great variety of food choices. Very scenic place to visit, good for dates and outings with your friends. If you re going for skiing/snowboarding on a busy day, be expected to wait over an hour in like up to rent your own gear. Very friendly staff. Good hiking trains during the summer. Make sure to dress warmly for those cold winter days.
Awesome place to go and have fun for the day. Super great staff. Very friendly. There was a race going on and the staff was very nice to let us know where to be on the hill.
Skiing, good food, awesome hotels with hot tubs and beautiful shopping village! Hurry up and get here!
We were at the Blue Mountain Resort. I had a great time with friends and, although we didn't try any of the rides, I had a great time. This is my 2nd time coming here, and it's still amazing as usual.
