Have to write a review about their customer service experience. Hands down an amazing experience, first off I should say I should have known better to go skiing the day after plus 8 temperatures and a overnight pouring rain into a morning freeze, plus I'm not a great skier by any means but know now I should never be skiing on groomed ice basically.
Anyway blue mountain even though they didn't have to gave me back a voucher for my rentals and lift ticket gave me those to come back another time.
Well done Blue Mountain staff to have my return business

Beautiful area with a fun little village full of restaurants and small shops. Pleaty to do. Worth staying for a few nights at least.

We love the village. great place to take our 3.5 year old son to practice.he loved Donnie the lift. Made for a great experience

This is the only and best slopes in Ontario. If you want better go to other provinces.

Great to visit in summer. Lots of activities and good mountain biking. Bring $$$

Village is resort are nice but the whole business is it to gouge the customer of money in even the smallest of things. Feels rather greedy for them to make you pay for wifi when the Starbucks in the village offers it for free. Also, found a phone charging station that also required payment for use. The resort is nice and all but then small things should be for free honestly.

2.5 hrs north of Toronto. Ample parking, busy restaurants with a few options

Suites are very nice and cozy, the slopes are awesome. Lots of selections for shops and places to eat during the day. Wish there were more places to go eat at night.

Excellent escape destination for family Ins inner time, folate full of relaxation perks and a lot of activity functions for those who it as well.

Nice and quiet place to stay in tranquility of the Indian Summer.

Awesome day treetop trekking on the Timber Challenge. Great course! Ridge Runner was a blast! Can't wait to go back.

My suit and my wife's dress went missing within 1 hr of leaving my room I called and it's days later and some cleaners are wearing my wife's dress and my suit and they doing nothing to find or return my property

We stay there last year for Christmas. It was amazing experience. The best part that they have kitchen and you can take food and cook breakfast or lunch.. Very clean and great customer service

We visited last year in August and had a blast, this year we went for canada day weekend and it was again full of excitement! I absolutely love this resort and I can't wait to be back in August again!

I keep coming back to blue mountain for a mini getaway with family, and we all enjoy it every single time we visited! Love the walks in village especially at night time with all the yummy food options and definitely have to ride that ridge runner every single time haha!

Such a great place to visit with friends and family even in the summer. There are rides you can go on as well including ziplining and tree top trekking!

Absolutley loved it. The condo was emaculate. It was fully stocked with everything we needed. The grounds were clean, the pool was beautiful and warm. Myself nor my family have any complaints :)

Good for family. Needs more food variety. VERY busy during holidays.

Blue mountain is really really big, especially with this new expansion they just built. I find that although they don't have a ton of really difficult hills, they do have a lot of really nice beginner hills for you to learn from. For a hill close to the city, I think this is more than anyone needs. Pricey though!

I recently visited Blue mountain for the first time and loved it! The people at the Mozaic hotel were extremely accommodating and actually upgraded our party of 7 room to the VIP suite at the Grand Georgian for free because the a/c wasn't working properly that wknd in the Mozaic. Very nice and polite staff. Highly recommend visiting

Simply magical! Our group had an amazing time as there's so much to do here! The chalet was very cozy and roomy and the activities onsite are endless! Will be back!!!

Great experience. So many great slopes. The group and private lessons are wonderful. Village is super cute and has lots of dining options.

Overrated place. The Gondala is short ride and Too many people.
The staff wasn't very nice either.

I'm only giving 4 stars because you have to pay extra for a badlands (park) pass. Maybe there's a reason other than a cash grab? The resort is expensive, but the service is friendly.

Beautiful resort, lights and snow everywhere. The suite was amazing!!

Blue is a regular, and always worth it. Great long runs and pretty advanced trails. There are some runs with bridges, pipes etc. if your feeling risky.

The Blue Mountain Village area was kept very clean and tidy. The shops provided prompt service and were air conditioned for maximum comfort.

We didn t stay at the resort we only availed ourselves of the ski hill. Temperature was ideal for the kids because it was their first time on skis (a little wet though). I really enjoy the different groups of people present kind of makes you proud to be Canadian. And see the deer on the side of the hill was totally awesome.

It was a horrible experience. For starter families I would not recommend it. I went with my younger daughter to the south side and their were no green hills down and moguls were not marked. It was a nightmare. I had to be a shuttle for 1 hour to get to the other side. I will never be coming back to this hole.

We went in winter and it was a splendid experience.. Lot of activities for kids and all ages.. Suggestion would be, there are lot of hotels and resorts around the area. Hence if you can stay in nearby hotels and come to blue mountain resort for activities, it will be cost effective.

Great day on the slopes. Not too many peole. Powder was super fresh. And ofcourse apres ski following.

Our trip to blue mountain was excellent, the staff, the service was great. Room was very nice lots of things to do and see the private beach, the coaster was awesome would definitely visit again

Some of the best skiing around. Night skiing on a weeknight is particularly nice, since the lift lines can be very short.

As an intermediate beginner who has skied Hokkaido and Whistler, Blue Mountain in my opinion is a great place for beginners to learn and practice.

I signed up for some private lessons during my 2-day stay. However, I was assigned a Level 1 instructor who had limitation in terms of what he could teach. Don't get me wrong, he was a great person. I just wished I would at least get a Level 2 or 3 instructor who could offer more technically.

The room I got at Weider was very dated with a bit of musty smell, but it's close to the slopes so it serves it's purpose. The village appeared to have a number of restaurants to select from but the menus are more or less the same.

I was hoping to get some fresh produce and a good steak from the Village Market to take a break from eating out but I could only find carrots, onions, romaine lettuce and a few apples. Next time I would probably get my grocery on my way to BM.

Overall, BM is ok as long as you set your expectations realistically. I wouldn't call it a resort because some elements are missing, but it's a great and relatively cheaper place to sharpen your skiing skills and to prepare yourself to enjoy real ski resorts later on.

Wide variety of activities during all seasons. Many shopping and dining options available. Clean hotel rooms with comfortable beds. Friendly and professional staff. Short drive to a variety of beaches. Convenience store on site. A great place for skiing, road cycling, hiking, mountain biking, golf, snowshoeing, and many other outdoor activities. Lots of activities for children as well. Recommended for families and outdoor sports enthusiasts.

It's gorgeous and the small mountain is great for skiing and hiking. Great place to spend time outside.

Love BM!. Always a great time. Amazing snowboarding/ ski conditions! Tons of parking, friendly staff and great food too. I had an awesome birthday with the boys at BM. Best hill in southern Ontario by far

We went for a single day event as a group. To book the event, there was a lot of phone call transferring where nobody wanted to talk to us. After 4 tries, finally got forwarded to the right person to talk to. Our point person was great and super friendly. A lot of the basecamp activities ended up being closed so not the best experience for some of the people on our team. The food vouchers we purchased didn't have great options for sometime on the trip who is allergic to dairy, but the staff promptly accommodated her meds and was able to offer her something off the menu. Overall, a decent experience and we'd go again.

We went to Plunge! Very clean and great customer service. Price point was a bit high.

While it is always crowded in the winter, there's a ton of things to do and places to go apres ski! Just make sure to make reservations for restaurants and spas you want to visit.

Very nice place , excellent fac3. But the rates are too high for middle class families. Need to give a second thought.

Have been here 4 times in the past year. Love Westin with the all year round heated pool, the best view, absolutely worth the stay here to relax and detox from every day life

Stayed at Historic Snow Bridge, great room. Service was ok, shuttle service to village is great.
Village is a lot of fun, Rusty's has the best night scene, great food, slightly expensive drinks but understandable for a resort atmosphere.
A lot of things to do in the village during the day (summer) and lots of choices for restaurants.

As a 17 year old, I was really excited to go snowboarding tonight. It was a nice night, with the freshly powdered snow and just the perfect time to go. However, I was going into the unplowed parking lot, trying to find a place to park and my car got extremely stuck. Lucky a very nice gentleman saw me struggling to get the snow away from the tires. With his help, the car still would not move. The man went around and asked other people if they would be able to help get my car unstuck. It took a total of 5 people to push my car out from the unplowed parking lots at the Blue Mountain South Base. With all of the snow falling and the snow that was being blown from the makers, I don't understand why the parking lot is not regularly being plowed.

It's a fine ski hill. The snow quality was great for mid March, without their snowmaking we'd be riding on grass. Groomers get out in the afternoon for night riding, which is awesome.

I stayed at the Mosaic hotel (sorry if I spelled it wrong) and it was a great hotel and the resort was even better. I had so much fun at blue mountain and the food was pretty good.

Good rooms nothing to complain about there. Lots of stuff to do in the village on top of the seasonal skiing/mountain biking and the like.

Worth it to go on Mon nights for $40 including 10$ food voucher

Great hill in Ontario but they need to work on line management as it terrible the line up are never wide enough for 6 people to stand and chairs go up not full slowly the whole experience down. Plus now management is looking at adding the scanner right as you get on the lift. Every resort out west as them much further away to allow guests to get through and reorganize.

staff was very helpful house keeping dod a great job and the room and facilities were perfect

Beds are lumpy. Resort is nice if you don't care where you sleep.

Rooms are the resort, although seems a bit dated has all the amenities including full Kitchen and located perfectly in the village for convenient access. Services in restaurants can be better but generally nice staff.

Great experience. I have been here before and will be back again later.

Excellent place to have time, mine was a half day visit but enjoyed a lot. Try gondola and take nice camera with you
