Our favorite Grand Forks establishment never fails us. We love the food, staff, and atmosphere. A must for a first time visitor to the Greater Grand Forks Area.

Good service, clean place. Food was not terrible. I had a burger and fries, probably wont have that again. I like cafe-style burgers. This felt like they were trying too hard by adding a lot of flavors to the burger that just didnt work for me. Good fries. I'd say an average place to eat.

The Staff is WONDERFUL! I needed a gift for my son who goes to University of North Dakota. Bree (on their staff) made it so easy, they even put a gift card with the purchase with my sentiments and sent it to my son. So that doesn't sound incredible?....I live in California and am doing business in North Dakota! Sure made my shopping a breeze!!!!!

We loved it and returned several times so far...but please make old fashion fish and chips. Its easy.. Your deep fried fish sandwich, and hold the bun. :)

Great place to eat although the selection is somewhat smaller than one would expect.

The Flat Iron steak that I have had there is better quality than the steaks I've had at the Texas Roadhouse.

They screwed up my order but it was amazing. Wasnt a big change from bone in to boneless wings which were great. They could have been hotter. I tried a couple appetizers. The cream cheese jalopeno stuffed wanton is too die for. Everybody enjoyed there for food. Top notch

Food was good except don't order onion rings, I only got 5 very small onion rings with my burger. Service was bad. Had to ask twice for ranch and forget about refills, not happening. Was slow getting food too. Not good experience.

One of my favorite places to go in town. Amazing food, if you go you have to have the Mac cheese. The atmosphere is great with a rustic country feel.

I went to the Blue Moose on May 15 2019 at approximately 5:15 pm. I was there with friends to eat before going to watch a movie. We ordered immediately. I ordered a NY Strip with a loaded baked potato and a Caesar salad, My friend ordered an appetizer of stuffed jalapenos. I forget what my friend ordered, but their daughter had mac and cheese. We asked for the appetizer, salad, and kids meal to come out first. We got our drinks, the appetizer, and the kids meal but no salad. I asked for the salad on 2 separate occasions and nothing. Finally the waitress come by at 6:30 to tell us that the kitchen is really backed up. Meanwhile people that got there after us were getting their meals. My friends wanted to leave so I told the waitress it was taking entirely too long and we were going to leave. There was no offer from the waitress (server 1319 Abby S) to cover the meal. We asked for the manager and she said he's busy. She made no offer to cover it and we were going to be late for our movie. I paid it because my friends wanted to just walk out without paying and I didn't want any trouble, so I put it on my credit card so I could dispute the charge with visa later if it come to that. She took long enough that we were late for our movie and ended up not watching it so we could see the full movie later. As we were leaving I decided to check and see if the manager was really busy or if our waitress was lying to us. Sure enough the manager was not busy. He made every excuse (which let me know that there was no need to return) and no offer to cover the tab. Absolutely abhorrent service all the way around. We missed our movie due to your staff's incompetence I ended up eating fast food (which I hate) because I was starving. I thank the Blue Moose for ruining our evening, but I can assure you that you will never have that opportunity again.

every time we come to Grand Forks, the kids make us go here at least one time. Great food, beer, and service.

Average prices. Food quality was good. Interesting rustic outdoorsy atmosphere. Service was what's good.

I've always had great service at the Moose. Friendly staff and plentiful seating. At busy times the wait is short and on nice days the outdoor seating very welcome. The deck overlooks the river, and parking is plentiful since it shares the lot with the mall/ movie theater.

The wait staff is pleasant and attentive without being intrusive. If you should need something before your server has come back they are easy to call over.

The menu is fairly broad, there ought to be something for everyone and changes can be made if needed.

Prices are very fair and the food is delicious. I've never had an issue with an order not being up to par.
The beer selection has a nice range and prices are also fair. A full bar is there should you prefer mixed drinks.

All in all, a worthy stop for a beer and a snack or a sitdown dinner, as befits a long time mainstay restaurant. Keep up the good work Nate

Good place to eat with a nice outside deck. Good selection of beer on tap. Walleye was very good and also was the cheese curds.

Great service, food, atmosphere. Slightly expensive. Southwest salad has perfectly seasoned chicken, light and delicious Southwest dressing $13 Arnold Palmer $4. No problem splitting check for 8 people.

Amazing food service, atmosphere. Drinks are delicious and I'm usually not a drinker. It is my Husband and my yummy place

The food is good but the service has left us feeling not taken care of. I have been there twice in the last two weeks and the servers have been poor. It seems if you are with kids they ignore you. We had a few spills as kids will the server was standing there when one happened and he didn't offer anything to clean it up. If you have kids and want good service I would not recommend here.

Everything was wonderful!! The waiters and waitress were definitely busy. Our waiter made sure everyone got what they ordered. The waiter constantly checked on us to make sure everything was ok or if we needed anything else. Definitely a 5+

Always great food and drink, the biggest problem to me is it's too popular, and crowded.

The food tasted like someone trying to protect a reputation they had not earned and failing. It was very expensive and the flavors on the plate were so out of balance to almost make it unedible. Some items were bland and others so overpowering that I didn't even finish the meal.
