I have been a member of Postal Federal (now known as Blucurrent) for over thirty years. The last several years I have witnessed a horrifying deterioration of their service and staffing. It's the old "do more with less" attitude that so many businesses and service agencies have adopted.
I cannot depend on Blucurrent as my bank any longer. A few reasons:
--they don't answer their phones
--if they answer, the person's voicemail comes on
--the queue for a service rep is a long, long wait
--their voicemail greeting is extensively long, repititious and annoying
--their website is frequently down
--they have deposited funds into the incorrect account for me
--they have removed after-hours depository features from their ATM machines
--despite a change of address more than six weeks ago, they still mail statements to my old address
I am saddened that such a fine organization has deteriorated so dramatically.
