The lobby was closed for COVID. Understandable. Called to set an appointment. Called 3 separate times and no one answered. Let their phone ring over a 10 minute period and no one answered. I went to close my accounts because this is what Blu Current CU is. Poor customer service.
I have been a customer since 1999. I will no longer accept the poor service they offer.
