Vista Park Apartments - On 09/14/2018 i was @ Vista Apartment to sign my new lease. I had paid my deposit of 300.00, Administrative Fee of 150.00 and 50.00 Application. Everything was good to go. While I was sitting in the front waiting there was a gentleman sitting next to me he asked another man how long he would have to be out of his apartment the man answered about 3-4 hours. I asked the gentleman why do you need to be out of your apartment. He stated BED BUGS. He stated that him, his wife and new born baby has been living there for about 6 months. He had to be moved out of his first apartment because it was infested with BED BUGS that they move him to another building and now this apartment is infested as well. He showed me pictures of the BED BUGS crawling on the little bed that his new baby sleeps -how they are stuck in the nylon material that covering the bed. He stated that he could not afford to move since he has a new baby and he was the only one working right now. I told him how sorry I am for his miss fortune. I told the receptionist that I no longer want to move into their apartment complex. And that I wanted all of my money back. She asked me to please wait and speak with her supervisor. While I was sitting another potential new resident came into the office and I informed her and her family about the BED BUGS. The receptionist yelled for her supervisor to come out and talk with me. When the supervisor came out and called me to the back I informed her of my concerns and requested a full refund. She returned only my deposit of 300.00. I stated to her that is not right for them to keep my 200.00 since they are the one with the BED BUGS. She stated that she would have to call the corporate office and for me to check back. I went back by there three times the last time I went by their they told me that I would not be receiving my 200.00 back. It is so unfair to be treated badly because the company purchased a complex that I found out later that had been closed down because the entire complex was infested with BED BUGS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DON'T MOVE HERE

This company is operated by slum lords. The conditions at Hidden Lakes Apartments in Westminster, CO is deplorable. The continuous drug activity along with multitudes of unsupervised children roaming the stairways and parking lot are recipe for disaster. Management is slow to respond to any request for repairs. The elevator was broken for five weeks! It took six months to repair security lights! The elevator smells of urine all the time! Repeated attempts to contact the corporate office have been ignored and the manager at the complex itself is no help at all.

This is the WORST apartment experience I have ever had. the leasing office staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I have been in my apartment since February 2020 an I have to say it my biggest regret. I have had issues with squirrels living in my walls an ceiling since March 2020. They have successfully entered my application through my kitchen cabinets (Ewwww) Once already and all they did was put up an piece of plywood over the whole and have not tended to it since. Now they are trying to enter my apartment through the ceiling in my bathroom and in my living room. The leasing office manager won t talk to me... maintenance has done nothing. And the leasing office agents literally are not properly trained and cannot give me any information about anything. They charge me between $30- $40 For common fee monthly and my complex is completely trashed. The buildings have extensive roof damage (Where the squirrels are getting in) foundation damage. Most buildings don t have door knobs to enter the building and homeless people sleep in the hallways. As a women this is very scary.

The Aurora Hills Apartments are Horrible.

Aurora meadows is the most horrible place to live. Manager does not get nothing done at all. The air conditioner in our unit stopped working in July and never got fixed. When it snowed last week we didn t even have heat because it does not work and they still refuse to fix the issue. You charge us extra for having a washer and dryer in our unit but the washer does not work and they refuse to fix it!!! Mailbox got broken into over a month ago and still not fixed!! Infested with roaches and nothing is being done about anything. Maintenance supervisor has not been to my apartment to check any issues but he told the manager he has. I have cameras in and out side of my apartment and it does not show anyone coming to my apartment. Hallways don t get cleaned but once a month and are horrible. I will be contacting the health department and renters rights today because the health of my kids is at risk.

They refuse to answer any phone calls. I've left 5 messages now. They pretended to reach out on Facebook but then again did not respond to me when I provided them with my personal email, cell number, and residence. There has been sewage water outside for 4 days now. Amongst the Angelica Meastra abuse and neglect issues. If you value your health and safety DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE.

The fact that there s 75 reviews and they have 2.2 stars should tell ya something! The Paramount in Denver is absolutely terrible. Toni offers people money off their rent to leave reviews and takes money off of the people s rent that they give 1 star reviews. This company back bills 2 months back, no problem but then sends automated emails at midnight. This company is not worth getting entangled with.

Villas on 76th is the worst. My air conditioner has been broken for 3 weeks, in July, during a heat wave. No one will come fix it. They lie and say maintenance is coming, they don't. Then they say an outside cintracter is going to come, they don't. BLDG never answers the phone, or calls back. This is terrible. I can't use my kitchen, it's too hot. I live on the ground floor and have to leave my door and windows open. I don't feel safe. Worst place I've ever rented.

Awful place to live don't recommend the office people never return calls or emails and do not make communication with them easy

I can t say enough good things about BLDG Management and The Paramount apartments in Denver, Colorado. BLDG management cares about it s residents. The common areas are kept very clean and the apartment amenities are top notch. I love the sauna, yoga room, exercise room and outdoor courtyard complete with a seating area and grills.

The community leasing director is so efficient, helpful and kind. We have community fun events for residents. I enjoy the monthly helpful newsletters as well. The maintenance staff is skilled and responds very quickly if there s any repairs.

My apartment is the most spacious 1 bedroom I ve seen! I love the spacious balcony and updated kitchen as well. I feel safe here and the entry doors are secured with keypad entry and entry through a security app. There also an after hours security officer, if there s ever an issue, but I ve never had to call. I highly recommend BLDG management if you re looking to rent!
