I only put one star because I couldn't post this without giving it at least one star. I purchased an item from this company and paid to have it delivered in 3 days. The item didn't show up in 3 days. I fully understand that sometimes things happen. I reached out to the company to get a refund on the 3 day shipping. I sent communications through their website and through email. I finally called them and was reassured by a rep that I would be notified of a decision. I never heard anything else from them. I would advise anyone looking to do business with this company to look else where. Find a business that caters to the customer.

Update: The company finally reached out to me and refunded my money. I appreciate them doing that. I would do business with them again. I hope they change their customer service culture.

I absolutely used to love this company. Good quality, reasonalalby priced, super fast delivery. Not anymore! The last time I ordered I couldn't believe the price increase. They went from roughly $20 a box to almost $33. When I called to ask what the heck happened they said they hadn't had a price increase in a long, long time. But the salesperson I talked to gave me a lesser price because I had been a faithful customer, which I felt was very considerate of them. But.....when I got the labels I realized they gave me boxes that were of poor quality. Some boxes jammed my printer while others were cut too deep and are very hard to peal away from the backing. Since they sold them to me for a lesser price I didn't feel I had the right to complain. Thinking I'd give them another chance I ordered again. When UPS came today, I didn't get my labels. I've always gotten them by now after ordering. I went to check tracking and found they hadn't even sent them yet! I am so disappointed with this company. I will definitely be looking for other options. So sad, they used to be such a great company!!!!

As a printer, it's important to select vendors that will work with you and not against you. Customer Experience is everything to my small business. We have been very pleased ordering from Blanks USA for years. We order a variety of materials from them and always receive our items in a timely fashion. Most importantly our orders are always correct. I had to call recently because I needed to make sure something would ship by a certain date. Even though I missed the cut off, they worked with me to ensure it would ship same day to meet my client's deadline. I highly recommend working with this business. They are great!
