I absolutely used to love this company. Good quality, reasonalalby priced, super fast delivery. Not anymore! The last time I ordered I couldn't believe the price increase. They went from roughly $20 a box to almost $33. When I called to ask what the heck happened they said they hadn't had a price increase in a long, long time. But the salesperson I talked to gave me a lesser price because I had been a faithful customer, which I felt was very considerate of them. But.....when I got the labels I realized they gave me boxes that were of poor quality. Some boxes jammed my printer while others were cut too deep and are very hard to peal away from the backing. Since they sold them to me for a lesser price I didn't feel I had the right to complain. Thinking I'd give them another chance I ordered again. When UPS came today, I didn't get my labels. I've always gotten them by now after ordering. I went to check tracking and found they hadn't even sent them yet! I am so disappointed with this company. I will definitely be looking for other options. So sad, they used to be such a great company!!!!
