I only put one star because I couldn't post this without giving it at least one star. I purchased an item from this company and paid to have it delivered in 3 days. The item didn't show up in 3 days. I fully understand that sometimes things happen. I reached out to the company to get a refund on the 3 day shipping. I sent communications through their website and through email. I finally called them and was reassured by a rep that I would be notified of a decision. I never heard anything else from them. I would advise anyone looking to do business with this company to look else where. Find a business that caters to the customer.
Update: The company finally reached out to me and refunded my money. I appreciate them doing that. I would do business with them again. I hope they change their customer service culture.
