The after-sales service responded to my request in a friendly and prompt manner and quickly delivered the spare part in goodwill, although the warranty period had recently expired.

Blanco is a company that not only understands the term CUSTOMER SERVICE as an empty phrase, but lives it.
I have seldom got to know a company with such an excellent service culture.
To be honest, I am quite disappointed with the professional quality of the customer service.
As you know, you should be able to turn to them if you have a problem with the product.
Although there was a quick answer to my email, it was reminiscent of a call center.
Despite pictures and description of the cause of damage, the problem was not recognized and what was still available was offered.
Commendably suggested a replacement product, but not responding to the questions raised in this context.
There is still a lot of room for improvement here, at least that is not optimal service.
Now I can only hope that Plan B will work out.

I ordered a spare part. After that, I will receive a confirmation email with an estimated delivery date 8 weeks later. Ok ... I think ... no time pressure. So wait. After ten weeks without a message, I might think to ask what the status is.
Company statement. You cannot say when and whether the spare part can even be delivered. No way to get any information about it at all.
The only option for the company would be to order a completely different part that does not have all the functions I want.
All that remained was the cancellation. This was immediately recognized. Not the spark of effort in sight. I think that's bad service.

A permanent position is almost impossible unless you have relationships.
Employees are currently being laid off again.
First you are lured away with a lot of money as soon as things don't run smoothly you are dismissed.
Perhaps one should save first with the chiefs and not with the infantry.
After all, a company cannot consist solely of chiefs.
If I were to write how to deal with Blanco MA, it wouldn't do the company's image any good
We bought a Blanco Solenta tap back in 2019. After 6 months, the spray head stopped working and we were only left with the shower position. Water was splashing all over the kitchen whenever we had to use the tap. It took Blanco about 6 weeks to replace it. 9 months later, the same problem reappeared. The company suggests replacing it yet again! Why shall it work this time if the previous two spray heads didn't work for more than a few months?
Customer service is very poor. We communicated with the headquarter in Germany and two times they told us the same thing: "a customer representative in your country will contact you shortly". Nobody contacted us. It is now again more than 6 weeks and we still have the defective spray head in our kitchen tap, with water splashing all over the place.
We do NOT recommend the Solenta tap and we find Blanco's customer service (both in our country, as well as in Germany at the headquarters) VERY POOR.
