We bought a Blanco Solenta tap back in 2019. After 6 months, the spray head stopped working and we were only left with the shower position. Water was splashing all over the kitchen whenever we had to use the tap. It took Blanco about 6 weeks to replace it. 9 months later, the same problem reappeared. The company suggests replacing it yet again! Why shall it work this time if the previous two spray heads didn't work for more than a few months?
Customer service is very poor. We communicated with the headquarter in Germany and two times they told us the same thing: "a customer representative in your country will contact you shortly". Nobody contacted us. It is now again more than 6 weeks and we still have the defective spray head in our kitchen tap, with water splashing all over the place.
We do NOT recommend the Solenta tap and we find Blanco's customer service (both in our country, as well as in Germany at the headquarters) VERY POOR.
