To be honest, I am quite disappointed with the professional quality of the customer service.
As you know, you should be able to turn to them if you have a problem with the product.
Although there was a quick answer to my email, it was reminiscent of a call center.
Despite pictures and description of the cause of damage, the problem was not recognized and what was still available was offered.
Commendably suggested a replacement product, but not responding to the questions raised in this context.
There is still a lot of room for improvement here, at least that is not optimal service.
Now I can only hope that Plan B will work out.
