Blackwell Realty and Auction Review

Randy Carson with Blackwell Realty and Auction was truly exceptional. I have known him for over 20 years. When we asked him to help us find a home, he had several for us to look at that afternoon. The first one we walked into we decided on, immediately. He said “I am dedicated to make sure y’all are homeowners from now on.” He was never more than a text or call away. Randy never made promises he couldn’t keep, and was also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. He was always patient and worked through every situation without breaking a sweat. Randy’s cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety as low as possible and gave me the confidence he would get the job done – and he did! I am a first-time home buyer. I had no idea about all of the steps of the process involved when we first started this, or exactly what to expect throughout. I also work with the public am very aware that it is wildly important to ensure that: (1) your customers have all the necessary information in plain speak to make informed decisions; and (2) that their expectations are appropriately and met. Randy always made me feel like top priority, and exceeded in both aspects.

They do what they say and the agents are great. Was just left disappointed by a lack of interaction and no shows w/o warning from whoever handles calls.

This is coming up on a year past due - but I was reminded today of the horrible experience with Andrew Dickers of this company. When going back through the correspondence (which I saved) I was reliving the threats he made to us as the sellers (he was a buyer agent), the fowl language he used in messages to our agent. He also withheld documents from our buyer to us and did not provide them in a timely manner. I should have reported him to the realty association and I still may. My agent had stated her broker was going to report him, whether that happened or not I am not aware. I can not speak for the whole of Blackwell realty, however a company is only as good as it's people.

Warning, our realtor cussed at us in front of our kids, would not ask simple questions to the buyers & hung up on my wife. Luke Blackwell is the most unprofessional real estate agent I have worked with in my real estate career. He tried bullying us and even called us liars. Please find a reputable company and agent beside this one.

My realtor Ian is very easy to get along with. Very happy with them so far.

I put in two offers on a property Andrew Dickers was the selling agent for. In both occasions his performance and follow up on those offers was incredibly poor. Both offers expired without a reply. The 2nd offer when it expires I left it on the table with no reply in good faith. Well 28 hours after the 2nd offer expired my realtor followed up. Apparently Andrew used my offer (even expired) to gain leverage on another buyer to put pressure on that buyer.
Based on several reviews here Andrew is a sleazy sales person who consistently under delivers and uses poor business practice and is disrespectful of potential buyers time. People can always make and spend more money, but they can never get back waisted time.

I'm buying all of my double wides from these great agents!

The most rude, disrespectful real estate agency I have ever had to deal with. Seek another agency!

This is where you want to go for all your real estate needs. Hard working agents you can trust!

I will list the facts and let you the reader decided if my post is liget.
1. Took pictures of my house on a rainy day while still under construction.
2. I had to do about half of the court house work myself. 3.Told us that our new in-ground pool, hot and out-building with a combined value of $60,000 added no value to our home. 4. After adding $40,000 in additional up-grades didn't ask to see the work after completion, until I insisted. 5. "Told" me what she was going to list my house for instead of asking 6. Only sales tactic was to keep asking us to lower the price ever week or two. 7. Had an open house and didn't invite anyone. 8. Had a showing and I had to show the house myself. These are the facts. If you believe my rating is to low I apologize. When a realtor company stands to make $20,000- $25,000 off the sale of your home , I would think they should do more than stick two signs in your yard and post awful pictures of your house on their web site. However, I could be wrong. You decide! I have posted several hundred reviews over the years and have only rated 5 places below a three star rating.
