1. Took pictures of my house on a rainy day while still under construction.
2. I had to do about half of the court house work myself. 3.Told us that our new in-ground pool, hot and out-building with a combined value of $60,000 added no value to our home. 4. After adding $40,000 in additional up-grades didn't ask to see the work after completion, until I insisted. 5. "Told" me what she was going to list my house for instead of asking 6. Only sales tactic was to keep asking us to lower the price ever week or two. 7. Had an open house and didn't invite anyone. 8. Had a showing and I had to show the house myself. These are the facts. If you believe my rating is to low I apologize. When a realtor company stands to make $20,000- $25,000 off the sale of your home , I would think they should do more than stick two signs in your yard and post awful pictures of your house on their web site. However, I could be wrong. You decide! I have posted several hundred reviews over the years and have only rated 5 places below a three star rating.
