Followups are good, I received 3 calls from them confirming my schedule.They have a lot of fresher HRs doing the screening and handling candidates. I am totally not satisfied with the time it took, I did not even attend one round though i am very well experienced in the field I do not agree with the fact that you had to go through screening through these fresh hrs. I think experienced candidates should be given priority and should be handled by experienced HRs.

the next day a rude lady called me ( swathi i guess ) and questioned me about why i left without informing them.. she was so rude that she pissed me off to core..

my recruiter name is sharon. she was polite and very friendly. No, I won't recommend this consultancy to anyone unless they kick out some of its rude attitude HRs period

Bottom line
Black and White Business solution should provide behavioral train for most of their fresher HRs particularly the one who called me.
