Hotel is good. Location not if you want to see something of Rome. Metro is 30 minutes walk.

I'm from Rome and I've seen hotels in this period
Yesterday by chance I discovered the Black!
I love minimalism and the Philippe Stark genre and this hotel reflects that a lot.
This is the first time I review a hotel but now I gladly do it!
Perfect all for those who love the trend.
For once I don't see the usual classic furnished hotel
At the moment the top that is in Rome is certainly very difficult for those who live without following fashion to digest.

For those who must stay in the vicinity of the airport is good unites the center and airport excellent location

First of all, checkin rather good except no info on how to get to the centre of Rome when they should because the location is really bad. There is also only two shuttles to get to the centre of Rome one at 9:15 am and one returning at 6:30 pm. And don t count on Uber during rush hour, first it s more expensive because there s no UberX and they accept and 10mins later they cancel the ride. Anyway be in the centre of Rome. It s far away from the centre which is ok but the bus station is 10mins walking distance which would be ok if the way to get there was dedicated to pedestrians and not just cars . The hotel is certainly not a 4 star hotel it would be a two star hotel . Don t recommend the hotel at all. Cheaper ways to be closer to Rome and to actually have a four star hotel service.
The breakfast is not good. The eggs are probably scrambled at 6 AM and left there until 10 AM . The bread cannot be grilled. The juice is industrial it s disgusting . There s not a big amount of choice .
The room is kind of old but good enough . But not a four star hotel room.

Friendly and hospitable nothing to say, the only thing is that in the tub in the room (not jacuzzi as they said) there were some other people's hairs ..
Cozy room wooden floor (lived) large tv screen ..
Small outdoor space bordered only by bare vases, therefore zero privacy.
There is also a swimming pool and sauna but we didn't try them.

Ok ... Staff not very friendly, room ok but not at all a 4 star.

we spent two nights in the hotel. the room was very clean and tidy, inside the room there was a mini bar in a small fridge, the decoration of the room was modern and there was a very large TV. the bathroom and shower were very clean. the breakfast was excellent and for all tastes, there were sweets of all kinds and also eggs, bacon, fruit. the staff was also very respectful and friendly. four stars fully deserved.

-hotel completely renovated quite cold.
- food not the best.
-location difficult to reach;
- Only positive note to take into consideration the kindness and availability of the staff!

A rather positive opinion after 3 nights.
On arrival at the airport the hotel had received my shuttle reservation badly, badly for a good, the taxi is cheaper than the hotel shuttle.
The hotel is clean, the rooms large but lacking in storage. The pool is also clean, water very cool though.
The staff, the staff at the reception are sometimes cold, difficult to get a smile from the one on duty in the afternoon. Note the good sympathy of the attendant at the evening buffet.
The hotel is located outside of Rome, allowing a rest from the crowds in the center but not close to a metro station, there is a shuttle to the metro in the morning and back in the evening. Book in advance, 6 people max!

Interesting hotel in its Total Black look. The very spacious rooms, with minimal furniture, very comfortable bed, clean and very quiet.

Great hotel at the right price, shame about the buffet dinner. Super recommended for business stays, it's really good !!!

I stayed at the hotel for 15 days nice and friendly staff
The internet was very bad for one week
For the public transport (Bus line 246 p and 246) are very bad and always late for long times.

Very comfortable hotel. Overnight stay of 2 nights as in very few other hotels. Excellent breakfast and excellent cleaning. return

There is no way this is a 4 star hotel. This is more like a 2 star. My expectations upon arriving here was high to a 4 star n maybe that's why I'm being critical. But what's important is that you need to expect 2 stars. Bad location for tourist who is here to visit Rome. I mean transport is OK but I don't want to be stuck in traffic everytime I go out. Room is not that great. Could do better. They are just enough clean. Shower small. Cleaners don't top off soap/Shampoo etc. Room has no facilities for ironing and making a tea. Swimming pool was closed-we were not informed. People keep saying that staff were friendly - I didn't see that. Maybe cz of English. It's not a warm n welcoming place. Maybe good for business travels only.

Small rooms without closet and everything in black, which pushes the mind. Rather suitable as a seminar hotel.

Kindness of all staff .. from breakfast in the morning to dinner in the evening ...
Clean and welcoming rooms .. the photos guarantee the truth of the place.
Only one star is missing for parking.
It is not clear where you can and where not .. and the places are limited but cmq free and supervised.
Great I'll be back soon.
