Terrible service and experience. Impossible to get a hold of and left 4 voicemails spanning 3 weeks, still no call back. Recommend going somewhere else.
Such a wonderful organization with knowledgeable, caring staff and a huge amount of resources available.
Customer service is awful, pricing is almost as bad. I would never ever call this place again.
Twice we've been burned by BJC Home Care. The first time they failed to deliver the correct oxygen supplies, putting my son in the ER. The second time, ostomy supplies were on back order with no notice or even acknowledgment until the 4th phone call, forcing us to scramble to find a place to buy them retail (out of pocket). Zero accountability and very little care that patients' health and lives depend on the services they provide.
Honestly the worst home health company I ve dealt with. Only one person can take cpap supply orders and they are never available and do not return voicemails. The only person I always get when calling billing speaks so low and unclearly that I have to use a headset just to get through the call. The website is virtually useless. I recently switched to another company and am overwhelmed by how efficient, professional, and prompt the service is.
I am 3 phone calls in, over an hour in past 2 days, trying to figure out how much I owe on my account. No one knows. Now the billing manager says he will be getting back to me? But he can't commit to when. Shady. I make payments every month and haven't seen a statement in about a year.
Horrible management staff is so politically incorrect on things. After leaving Bjc and being employed wanted to test the waters and see if I could find another career but it didnt work out tried to come back and they gave me the runaround saying I left the company without letting them know I found a different job and refused to let me come back. Also pushing of manitory oncall for people was uncalled for when in the employee handbook it says oncall is not manitory. Oh did I mention customer service!!! Horrible!!!
