I received great service from BJ Pool and Spa and love my new spa. They came to remove my old tub and install the new one even with snow and ice on the ground. They managed to maneuver both through the fence gate and avoid taking down part of the fence. They explained how everything works and provided a chemical kit and maintenance guidance. And they included steps, a cover and cover opener frame that is a lifesaver. Couldn't be more pleased.

This is a long and overdue review- The owner Bob is a really great guy, fair and methodical about his work. Good family owned business, Bill takes care of everything and is very knowledgeable.

BJ Pool & Spa is the only place to get a new spa. They do delivery, setup and hook up the electric. The crew is amazing and deliver what is promised. It is a worry free process. Great team. Thank you - John

One brand, bullfrog, nice enough woman that worked there. June/July 2021 delivery, seems like a long time to wait. Not the place if you are ready now though the brand seems excellent.

I had a potentially difficult hot tub repair job and the guys showed up on time, prepared, and with all the tools required. They shared knowledge the entire time providing advice on the critical parts to watch and all the ways to save money avoiding unnecessary costs. They communicated the repair plan and how things would proceed at every step of the way.

Their prices were more than fair and they didn't charge me until I was completely satisfied and confident that the leaks had been resolved. To top it off, they even comp'd me some basic materials to save me money. I will use them again without hesitation and recommend them highly to anyone who needs their services. One of the best service experiences I've had from any contractor.

Bob, the President, and Chelsea, his daughter and General Manager are awesome! They have a great showroom and have been in the business for a very long time. They truly know their stuff and offer exceptional customer service. Great folks!

What an amazing place! I had little hopes of being able to buy a new hot tub that I would enjoy, but they made it happen. I originally made what I thought was a good decision when I bought the best Jacuzzi brand spa I could buy about ten years ago, but it was a nightmare. I had the hardest time keeping the pH levels right, and was constantly making repairs. BJ sells Dimension 1, and there's no comparison. I know of no better spa, and found the one I wanted, but figured it would be far more than I could afford. In fact, it is, but they made a deal that made my dream come true. In fact, it was such a good deal that I actually felt guilty when I left. Not only that, but a crew was sent out on the coldest day of the year to install it. Even though the old tub was frozen to the ground, and the crew had to work under impossible conditions, with wind chills below 0, they were laughing and smiling, and cut no corners. Truly professional in every way, as is the whole business. The reason why I checked them out first when others push their discounted prices so hard is because when I was struggling with the old spa years earlier (I finally gave up on the tub five years ago), they were always cheerful, friendly, and helpful, even though I spent most of my time there getting free water testing, sometimes more than once a day, getting free advice, and rarely ever buying anything. In other words, I was what most businesses would consider to be a royal pain, and a waste of time. But they never made me feel that way. When I was there this last time, thinking I would be wasting their time again while confirming I'd never be able to afford the spa of my dreams, several customers came in, most looking for free water tests, just as I had done years before, and each was treated as though they were good friends. In fact, I left feeling like I had just made a new friend as well. This may well be the best business of any kind I've ever dealt with. I'm truly and totally stunned.

They are thoroughly competent and honest. They work on your behalf to ensure that you get your warranty coverage. I would not go with anyone else.

My husband Danny W. and I absolutely love this company! They have helped us out so many times and we are so appreciative. They have the best staff in the entire world! We've had nothing but great interactions and are so appreciative of their service. We want to give a shout out to Adam, who came to our house and not only helped us but also told us what we were doing wrong and how to get the most out of our pool. Adam is awesome! Everyone there is awesome! I'm saying awesome a billion times because I think they're absolutely fantastic! Thanks again everyone!

We just purchased a new home and a hot tub came with it. We called BJ Pool and Spa for an indoctrination on how to care for our hot tub. Adam came out, he was fantastic! Super thorough, patient, and really knows his stuff! He explained everything really well and I feel confident going forward with Hot Tub care and maintenance. As well, he encouraged us to call the company at any time if a question came up.

I have done business with BJ Pools for over 20 years now. They are the way to go in Fairfax area! What a great local resource that is family owned and operated. They are knowledgeable, professional and have fair prices. You cannot beat the service. Bob, the owner is a great guy and clearly cares about his customers. The office manager is also very thorough with billing and scheduling. I just received my contract for the summer. They are on the ball! I highly recommend :-)

They were helpful when it came to me buying the spa but my experience since hasn't been so great. I bought a hot tub in January of 2016. When they were delivering the hot tub, it fell off of their cart and broke off a few piece of acrylic on tub but lucky not where water would be. Instead of them having to throw away the tub and have me wait for another one to be delivered, I asked if the damage was repairable and if they could take some money off of it since they were going to scrap it anyways. They did say it was repairable but only took off about half of what I was asking but since they said they would repair it as soon as it was warm enough I agreed. And since it was so cold old they said they would come and do a full check of the tub (every side, part etc) to make sure nothing else was damaged. This was a big mistake!!!! I have had to call them dozens of times, showed up to the store a dozen times, and keep getting told that they will get right on it but a year and a half later, my hot tub is still damaged. It is usable but paid a lot of money for a tub that damaged and will likely stay damaged.

So be careful with this company as they seem to say whatever to make a sell but will not follow up on anything they said they would afterwards.

I purchased my Dimension 1 spa this summer and couldn't be happier with the quality of the spa and the customer service. Since I purchased my spa I have contracted BJ to service my pool as well. Bob the owner is a great guy and the customer service is top notch. Great local company I highly recommend!!

i am more of s do it yourself type of guy went comes to pool maintenance and repair but i do have a lot of questions. Chelsea is awesome with helping answer any of my question , and she even tried to help me warranty a filter i bought at another place ( which to me is above and beyond with customer service ) i have started using them for all my chemicals and ordering replacement parts. great people and a great place

Excellent service. Honest diagnosis. Chelsea was so pleasant and easy to work with. The tenant said the hot tub didn t work but BJ Pool and Spa just reset the fuse box, cleaned up a few hoses and we were good to go. They charged only for the one hour diagnostic visit and didn t inflate their service call. I m keeping their names for all my clients pool and spa needs. Happy to recommend this local family business.
