Their system is comprehensive but if you put the time it can be worth the pay off. I'm currently working on setting up my own CRM within bitrix24 and have found it quite enjoyable for myself who's a very system oriented person. I'm looking forward to using bitrix24 in as a real estate agent in the coming months.

Tried the sign up before you buy what a joke. They advise all function work but do not enable them and don't let you contact them until you start paying. Why would I spend 4 digit amounts on something I can not get to work in the first place.

They just don't get baked to offer proper support....

They just don't get baked to offer proper support. What is particularly bad is that since 02.06.2020 the notification for comments has simply been switched off. The support then claims something. Proof see picture.

Before that, not all notifications of comments arrived. But as always, you should prove it as a customer. Show when you got nothing where. It's just laughable.

Many functions at Bitrix are good to start with, but not carefully considered.
