What an awesome experience! Chef olive is a true professional and an incredible teacher. His wholistic approach to food, ingredients, and preperation teaches students how to capture the natural flavor of ingredients while explaining the benifits of each ingredient to the body. I would have easily paid the price of the couples cooking course for the meal we prepared at an upscale resturant, but having prepaired it ourselves was priceless. Thank you Chef Olive!

Mayra and Moises catered my husband's birthday party June 26. It was GREAT! People are still telling me that it was the BEST Mexican food they've ever had. My husband loved it. Total success. They wore masks and had a safe set up in the midst of the COVID pandemic. They did all the set up and clean up, and even packed the leftovers for me. We enjoyed the leftovers a full week. Totally reasonably priced for the beautiful end product. Thanks again, Benny!
Elizabeth and her team were amazing. I threw a 50th birthday party for my sister and my budget was limited. Elizabeth managed to provide delicious, unusual, creative appetizers that our guests raved about!! Bite Catering was able to provide more than enough food within an extremely small budget. I will definitely use them next time!
We had a wonderful experience with Bite Catering. I had a pretty small order ( 7 varieties of appetizers) to supplement a party we were having, but Elizabeth was very kind, attentive and treated me like it was full catering job. The appetizers we ordered were delicious and beautifully displayed which elevated the cuisine and aesthetics of our event! Everyone was remarking about how tasty everything was----especially the Chicken Sliders and Veggie Empanadas. It was also very reasonably priced! I hope to have another occasion soon where I can have Bite Catering take care of everything! I highly recommend them!
We ordered the Game Day menu for our (Covid safe!) Super Bowl get together and we couldn't be more pleased! The food was fantastic .. . . . great variety of food and all of it simply scrumptious!! We had it delivered the day before the game ... .so the clear instructions on reheating were much appreciated. I don't know how they did it, but once everything was warmed up, it tasted like it was freshly made! Normally I would call out a favorite so that you could request it for your party, but our little group of four all agreed that we didn't have a favorite, it was all excellent. There was a nice flow to the food . . . .chips/veggies and dips (the spinach dip was great), the chili was flavorful and just a hint of spice, not too much. We also ordered the little burgers, which were excellent and warmed up beautifully, and the vegetable empanadas for the vegetarians in our group .. . .also warmed up well and were so yummy. We tried the buffalo wings with the spicy and not-spicy sauces and they were both delicious; the spicy was not too spicy .... just pleasant! The mac and cheese was to die for. Our daughter's fiancee usually eats at work (as many of us do) but he came home for lunch so that he didn't miss these leftovers! Normally I would call out opportunities for improvement ... but I just can't think of any!! We heartily recommend Bite Catering .. . . enjoy!!!
I am absolutely thrilled with the service I received from Bite Catering for my Halloween Party. This is the third caterer we've tried for our annual bash, and the third time was definitely the charm. The food looked and tasted amazing, and our guests couldn't stop complimenting it all night long. In addition, Elizabeth communicated extremely well prior to the event, and our delivery person was on time, professional, and nice. I would absolutely hire Bite Catering again without hesitation.
