Waiter was not experienced in the wines. Food was better looking than tasting. Upstairs eating area was so loud we could not hear our own conversation. One and done

One of my favorite restaurants almost entirely for the ambiance which is clean, light, and plush! It's has class and sophistication!

The food is trying a little too hard to be French.
In Paris, I never had a grilled cheese with ham Croque Monsieur or Madame. They were always an open faced grilled cheese (slice of bread with cheese maybe ham). And other dishes that sound French and I'd never seen them on a menu over there.

On top of it all the wait staff is amazing. It always has talented bartenders. The servers and hosts are absolutely wonderful, professional, and personable.

I can't wait to back and try the charcuterie and cheese boards! I've yet to find one in the US remotely comparable to one in Paris (though it doesn't help that the US has outlawed hundreds of French cheeses

The Duck Confit waffle and the eggs Benedict with salmon have to rank in my top ten meals ever. Great service and an amazing overall experience.

Favorite restaurant. I'm so happy they're reopened now and everything is as awesome as before. They've redecorated a little. It looks nice and also feels safe to dine in. I will definitely go for a weekend brunch soon.
The only sad thing is, the new menu took out my favorite cauliflower soup I hope it will come back.

Always liked the restaurant and have been few times before the pandemic. I was excited to go back and made reservation for an occasion and requested a table facing the public garden. When we arrived they set us upstairs close to the kitchen door when upstairs was mostly empty. We must not have the look of their liking to be treated this way. Also the water glasses were dirty and had food stuck on it.

The ambiance is lovely, the drinks are good, but the food was not worth the price. The meals scored well with the presentation, but the steak & chicken were salty & the greens were too citrusy. However, the desserts were tasty.

We had the best lunch there yesterday! Can't travel to Paris, but that's ok, b/c we have this great restaurant in our back yard to make us feel transported. The food and service were 5 star and we loved the ambiance. This is now our favorite restaurant in Boston!

My wife and I love to sit on the first floor and watch the world walk by. It is such a pleasant way to wrap up a beautifday in Boston.
