BIS has been an essential part of our benefits offerings for nearly a decade. They are easy to work with, frank, and responsive.

I have had the pleasure of working with BIS and their team for the past 15+ years as a client and as a partner. As an HR professional, I have worked with several benefit brokers and what sets BIS apart is their exceptional, customized service. This exists throughout the organization. BIS Benefits is an excellent full-service agency that we engaged 18 months ago - 2 open enrollments thus far. I'm a PT HR Manager for a small IT firm of 20 insured employees. Their team is great - especially Ryann, our Account Manager, and Angela, our administrator, who are very responsive & professional. BIS Benefits understands our desire to provide highly competitive benefits for high-tech employees while also ensuring our pricing is reasonable. They provide market information of our various health plans, Negotiate on our behalf, advise us on the best plan(s), assist with all admin aspects of plan docs, conduct open enrollment meetings, and even provide a digital "FormStack" for current & new employees to enroll online. As soon as a new hire completes the FormStack, our BIS rep inputs all new hire information into the various Plan websites.
