I placed an order with birthday direct and received all updates via email. Once I received the package, part of my order was damaged in transit. I emailed the company and they immediately responded that they were sending a replacement. Within three days of my email, I received the replacement product. Amazing company and customer service. I will definitely use them again!

Ordered my invitations on Wednesday and got them Friday and they are perfect!!

Ordered my stuff Friday, received everything i ordered Monday with Free shipping. Great experience. Will order from them again.

STAY AWAY! MY WIFE DECIDED TO BUY OUR SON'S DECORATIONS FROM THIS COMPANY AND WE STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THEM . MY SON'S BIRTHDAY PASSED AND WE STILL DON'T GET A RESPONSE THEY ACT LIKE THEY ARE CONTACTING FEDEX AND WILL LET US KNOW WHEN THERE'S AN UPDATE BUT NOTHING. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE & REFUSES TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. NEVER AGAIN.

I ordered something to be delivered overnight and I still haven't gotten it. Even worse, nobody is replying to my email. I haven't gotten an update since the day I ordered. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND

I ordered my son's birthday stuff from here and I got it the next day with FREE SHIPPING! I accidently placed a duplicate order and it was so easy to get the second ordered cancelled. Everything I got is exactly what the description said it would be so im very pleased! I would highly recommend this place.

IF I COULD GIVE LESS THEN ONE STAR THAN I WOULD. I WENT DIRECTLY TO THE PLACE TO PICK UP STUFF FOR MY BIRTHDAY PARTY. THEY TOLD ME I HAD TO ORDER IT ONLINE THEN THEY WILL GO NEXT DOOR TO PICK IT UP. I WAS OKAY WITH THIS BUT THEN IT WANTED TI CHARGE ME FOR SHIPPING. I AGREED TO THIS SINCE THEY SAID THEY WOULD REFUND THE SHIPPING RIGHT BACK. I MADE THE PURCHASE AND THEN THEY TELL ME THAT EVERYONE WAS ON BREAK THAT I WOULD HAVE TO COME BACK. I CAME BACK AFTER LUNCH(2 HOURS LATER) THEY WERE STILL ON BREAK. I GOT READY FOR WORK THAT DAY AND I GET A CALL SAYING THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK OF MY ITEM AND I THEY WILL REFUND MY MONEY TO ME RIGHT THEN. IT IS 5 DAYS LATER AND I HAD TO CALL THEM AGAIN ABOUT MY REFUND BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH IN MY ACCOUNT TO CATCH ANOTHER BILL AND MY ACCOUNT IS NOW IN THE MINUS! THEY SAID IT HAS BEEN REFUNDED BUT THAT IT WILL TAKE 72 TO GET BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT! THEY CARE NOTHING FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS AND DO NOT CARE THAT THE CUSTOMERS GET THEIR PRODUCT OR MONEY BACK! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! YOU WONT BE HAPPY WITH THEIR BUSINESS WHAT COMPANY HAS EVERYONE GO ON BREAK FOR MORE THAN 2 HOURS ALL AT THE SAME TIME!?

I thought this would be a great place to buy baby shower supplies.
Without customer service you can t be great!! I received an incorrect item for my order and my shower is a few days, I wanted the correct item. I have left 2 voicemails and an email, NO response.

Birthday Direct offers a super easy and convenient way to get party supplies at great prices!
The process was also really quick!
I arrived a few minutes late to pick up my order and the employees that I spoke with went out of their way to help me (even though it was time for them to go home)!
I am so glad that I found an awesome place for party supplies that's so close to home!

I wish Giving zero stars was an option. This place is a waste of time. They are very unprofessional. I ll rather spend more money and go to another company. Thanks for screwing up my order

Avoid! Ignore any good reviews and the bogus BBB rating on this company! The BBB will give any firm that pays them $ an A+ rating. I ordered product from them and they charged my card. Over two weeks later, the goods were not shipped. I contacted them via email and phone. No reply was ever given. I disputed the charge with my cc company, but to date no one from this retailer has contacted me to apologize. I was fortunate that the only thing I have lost is time. Do business elsewhere.

10/2/2018: Follow Up -- A representative of Birthday Direct in Muscle Shoals AL called my cell phone yesterday to apologize. In the call he referred to my negative Google review, but no one from this seller ever replied to any of my emails about the whereabouts of my order. He acknowledged that they have had some issues but did not elaborate. Note that the owner's original reply below (left a few days ago) indicates that I may not have placed my order at Birthday Direct's website. Regardless I have the order summary and charge detail from my cc clearly indicating the seller as Birthday Direct in Muscle Shoals AL. As well, how do they have my cell phone number if I had not placed an order with them? As for the BBB, one of the owners of this business is (or has been) on the board of the local BBB. This is why buyers should not blindly trust the BBB.

Ordered my stuff on Thursday received it on Saturday! Very fast shipping and everything looked as in pictures shown!
