The hotel was located in a great part of town that made access to downtown and Red Mountain Park easy. The staff was cordial and parking/internet was free which is always a plus. The only downside was that the pool was closed for a good chunk of time during our stay. Other than the rooms were great!

This location is gorgeous. I only ran in for the ladies lounge, because I didn't want to fight traffic. I didn't spend the night, but I wish I had. Thanks for upgrading the Bham!

We were there during construction and fell asleep in the lobby waiting for our room. And we weren't early. Very crowded and not very accomodating
Great hotel! Our room was very nice! Updated, had a big walk in shower instead of having to stand in a bathtub. We were even able to watch Netflix on the TV. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
We were in town for a wedding that we had to be at by 5:00. Our room was supposed to be ready at 3. It was not ready until 3:45. When we got off the elevator there were 2 roll away beds that were right there when the doors opened. When we got to our room there were dirty sheets left in front of our door. There was dirty sheets in front of each door on our floor. When we returned to our room at 1am we pulled out the sofa bed only to have no sheets for it & the mattress had stains all over it. Then we found old make-up left under the sofa bed. Also our fridge was not cold at all. When I mentioned it to front desk the lady offered us a free breakfast, but if she had looked at our reservation she would had known I had already paid for breakfast. Then she offered points which I knew nothing about. Then she just stared at me as if she was just waiting on me to walk away & say well, ok. We won't be back.
The security guard that brought the sheets for the bed was nice & apologized. Also our breakfast was ok. As far as our room, I was very disappointed. I expected more from a 3-star hotel.Clean up!
Visited and had a room for a convention. Nice staff and the breakfast buffet is very nice.
Staff is friendly and helpful and no complaints there. If you enjoy a cool room don't stay here. Winter time stay and I heard several people complaining about the temp in the room. Location is great, decent gym.
Visited the Marriott for a seminar every thing was great, no problems encountered.
The second time we have visited. Quality of service, room, price, breakfast, and amenities are excellent. We'll be back!
Clean rooms and an extraordinarily nice staff. They answered every question I had about the area.
The River City grill inside was good as well. Fantastic buffet breakfast.
My company hosted a corporate off site at the hotel and it was very well set up and everybody was very nice. The food was amazing. They had a full breakfast and lunch and had great snacks and bars for us as well. Very impressed.
