First time using the Lexus service and it was impressive.
I was called in for an airbag fault and on the way in -30 weather got a flat in a newly installed tire.
I had already been back to KAL tire twice and here it was flat
Lexus said I should go back and get the rims re-cleaned so the bead would seal.
That's when I experienced the Lexus treatment.
When I returned Lexus had fixed that tire and a pressure sensor problem (Kal tire said it needed to be replaced-not so said Lexus)
They also filled my tank.

Just had some service warranty work done and the customer service was absolutely exceptional! Joel and his team were extremely kind and helpful and worked with us to find a suitable time and date, as we are from out of town. They provided us with a vehicle while they were working on ours, and got things done quickly and in a timely manner so we could get back on the road. The facility was very clean and every staff member was friendly and courteous. Would certainly recommend Kia West to anyone. Thank you to Shayne for honouring our warranty, even though we had just gone over the maximum kilometres. Fantastic staff!

The sales staff were great when I bought my car. The service staff were even better when I brought it in to get my upgrades installed.

Had terrible previous experience at a different GM dealership in winnipeg so decided to try out Birchwood for my car recall and oil change. Staff was extremely friendly and actually called to touch base about different parts and services. Was very impressed!

This was the worst experience I ever had. Sales manager is too money minded. His team is totally unprofessional. Sales representative was dancing in front us. My wife and I were totally disappointed.

We could not make a deal at Birchwood Nissan couple years ago because of this Sales Manager (Who was with Birchwood Nissan in those days). This guy is a liar. For him its all about money. Customer is not even there in his list.

Crooks sold me an infiniti for 16k reset the engine light told the problem was fixed and then told me to pay to fix it or trade it In when it went off again on the way home after.purchase. I will absolutely be filing a formal complaint with the bbb.
