My wife received a knee brace from the Orthotist Mitchell Himmel. He really took the time to fit the brace and made sure that she could put it on and take it off on her own. I highly recommend Bio Dynamic Technologies and staff, in particular Mitchell Himmell, who knows the doctors at Hospital for Special Surgery, really took the time and care in fitting me with my knee brace, and also went out of his way to wait for me one day when I was late coming by subway for an appointment. I had an awesome experiences in Bio Dynamics today! I go to HSS for my orthopedic problems and today they told me to buy a certain kinds of back braces for my pinched nerve and disk herniations. It started when I sneezed hard and 2 disc ruptured and my life couldn t be the same anymore and I am living with a lot of pain! I went to the NYC office and Michelle and Richy helped me with getting my NJ insurance approved for $375 back brace! They said they are able to receive NJ medical insurance because they also have office in Rutherford. As soon as you walk in, the atmosphere is warm, calm, and inviting so you automatically go into ease. And once I had the insurance problem Mitchell was very on top of it right away to resolve this issue within 20 minutes!!! The orthotist Richy is very upbeat, professional, polite as well as patient in my adjustment to the new kind of brace that I have never seen before with ease of explanation. I live on social security so getting a medical coverage was pivotal in weather I was able to get this awesome brace or not, and I was able to achieve my goal of getting first line of product as easy as I could possibly get. I am forever thankful to all the team members who helped me today have me get it on the spot without having to wait for weeks to get the braces like many other companies would.
