The first meeting was already very stiff, unfriendly and uninterested. Anyway, you give someone a chance.
But after always having a cranky person in front of me and always working with a vote of 'I would rather leave here', making mistakes twice, asking for an explanation why this (always) goes wrong and now with the last time an arrogant employee who did not even take time and understand why something went wrong again, I switched to a different and more friendly and helpful pharmacy. A bit out of the way, but I want to do that.
Incidentally, I am not the only one who is bothered by it, because I see and hear more people discuss with employees about 'mistakes' and unfriendly actions.
