Nice sized portions I had the Caesar salad with shrimp with 2 appetizers which were calamari and pretzel sticks very good!

What? Mac and cheese and brisket on grilled Texas toast? Who does that? They do, and it is so, so delicious! Sitting by the water was the cherry on top. You absolutely have to eat here!

Awesome riverside dining. Fantastic views from inside or out. Staff is friendly and active. Very happy with the service. Child friendly. Bars inside and out with TV's all around, for the sports fan.

I've been all around the country and this some of the best bbq I've ever had ! The baked beans and cornbread is by far the best .

Very nice spot waterfront on the Hudson.
There are a bunch of places around here but I wanted to stop here for lunch because it is the only one with a deck right on the water.
This restaurant has 2 outside bars and 1 bar inside. There is also a little stage on the deck so I thing they have live music/dj on the weekends.
The view from the outside deck is really nice and the breeze helps to keep the temperature down during the summer.
Food is pretty good. I had the brisket sandwich (without bun) with coleslaw.
Really nice place. I would suggest it.

Very good brisket. Pricy. Ordered margarita WITHOUT salt, another waitress delivered WITH salt. After I advised it was wrong, she look at a slip in her hand and said that s what s on the order. She finally took it back, but instead of replacing the drinks, somebody just removed salt. I know bars do this, so I marked the drink before she took it back.

Read reviews here - thought I would give it a chance but food below average and attention to detail very lacking especially for price point. Would not return.

Pier venue right on the Hudson with decent BBQ fare, but is quite noisy and bar-like. The staff is terrific. Would give 3 1/2 stars if I could.

I get to eat here a lot since I work right next to it. I love how their customer service is always awesome and they keep the spot clean all the time. Pricing is affordable and they serve large portions.

No complaints about food and table service. But..... it sure seems to me that if you're over 50 and at the bar only the male bartenders will wait on you.

Great food and the service was awesome. Going back in Tuesday for line dancing.

I always enjoy coming to this place because of the views and solid selection of beer and food options, but when I called to make a takeout order the person who helped me (Paris) did an outstanding job of making great recommendations and just giving terrific overall customer service. It s always great to see when someone really goes out of their way to make sure that you as a customer are being taken care of, and for that, I give today s experience 5 stars.

CON; This was the 1st time that I went there for dinner when there was live music. Music was ok, but having live music at dinner time sucks. You go there with family and/or friends and you have to scream to communicate with each other, not good. I will call before going again to make sure there is no live music while we are eating.

I had the California Pulled Pork Dinner with sweet potato fries with cols slaw /pickles which was delicious and more than enough. I took half of it home. The price was reasonable. The service was great. Although crowded, we were seated In 10 min. The music was great and the atmosphere wonderful!

If you like barbecue food this is a great place as well as a great environment. The staff seem very customer oriented as well as friendly .

Overlooking the hudson River in the beautiful but quaint portion of Newburgh NY is this fantastic rib joint... not restuarant but joint. Great decor, and pretty good smoked ribs for a location above America's bible belt. This place is pretty big with nice outdoor seating but it still gets packed. There's karaoke Wednesdays country Tuesday's Latin nights and even kids crafts on Sunday. S Something for everyone

It lacks flavor. Ordered the ribs, chicken, pulled pork and brisket. Very dissatisfied. The river view was amazing.

Generous portions, attentive and friendly staff coupled with a relaxing atmosphere.

The food is amazing and service is excellent! It is also a fun location. They are also very supportive of our Military!

Fun atmosphere, great food. Didn't have to wait long for a table, plus bar was great central spot to wait.

Watch the bartenders, they will rob you blind if you're not looking. Good menu, but the late night scene is like a sad looking high school reunion. You may or may not get assaulted in the parking lot after midnight.

Service is fine. But food is definitely lacking and prices keep creeping up.

Paid $30 for triple meat platter and it was grossly overpriced for the quality. Chicken was flavorless, even the dark meat was dry. Brisket and pulled pork saturated in a sugary mess. Fortunately the mac and cheese was a dream. But, this isn't a mac and cheese joint....Barely touched the actual BBQ and took it home for the dogs.

To top it off, I'm writing this on my toilet and will be throwing away the leftovers while my dogs sulk.

Views are exceptional, service was great but there isn't alot in the way of selection and I was very disappointed with the drink I ordered. Strawberry margarita should be easy enough but it had no strawberry taste and was weak. I could see this being a great place for parties so I would consider returning. Just can't commit the fifth star at this time.

The place was good for social event but my order for food sucks.brisket too dry to eat so add sauce to help but lousy....

Outside eating available on the deck on the Hudson River except winter. Great barbecue choices, kid friendly, marina next door. Nice ambience, good food & courteous service.

Absolutely a spot worth stopping by, the food is good and well prepared, the prices are convenient and it is constantly clean in here. Fantastic work.

We, a group of 7 adults with intellectual disabilities and staff, visited the restaurant on a lovely Spring evening. Due to some wonderful weather the restaurant was very busy. After a short wait we were seated and our orders taken. Our server handled multiple requests, kept separate checks and attended to all of our needs. We stayed for some karaoke and will be coming back soon.

The ribs and chicken are amazing. The baked beans are so delicious and sweet. Try the smoked chicken wings, u won t regret it a lot. Beautiful view ! Waitress was pleasant, helpful, patient !

Ribeye steak from this place is a joke. It s about as thick as some deli meat when you don t ask for thinly sliced and flavorless low grade of meat.

All other food looked pretty sad. Appetizers were decent

First time there. The place was packed. The waitress was very nice. There was a wait went pretty fast. Enjoyed the river view while waiting.

We came to this spot for lunch. This restaurant was recommended to us by a friend. Well, we were not disappointed. we were warmly welcomed by the staff members and we had a fantastic feeling. The food was just great. We had a great time and we will visit this place again. Recommended.

Go sit outside have drinks & enjoy the beautiful view. DO NOT EAT HERE! The food is absolutely terrible I had a burger which was obviously frozen. Service is very slow too!!

Food, ambiance and service was excellent. Sitting right on the Hudson you have picturesque views. The live band is a great touch to an already great experience. Parking can be found next to location. It's a must do if you are in Newburgh

First off, let me state that here, you are paying primarily for the location and view of the river. Cost of food is secondary.

As we are visiting Newburgh, we went in on a recent Friday evening. I was a bit concerned because of so many people there, but we went ahead and ordered our dinners. I got St Louis style ribs (dry) and brisket, my wife got St Louis style (also dry) ribs and chicken. We both got the sweet potato fries and broccoli with cheese as sides. Our orders actually came out in pretty rapid fashion.

Now, for around $30 per plate, (rib/chicken platter $1 less) we got a decent helping of sides, a really nice small cornbread loaf each, and the meat.

I'll say this; the ribs were very tender as was the brisket. Really nicely cooked. However, even though they grilled or "smoked" these items, the smoke flavor did not penetrate. Nice crispy outer layer, tender inside, but that outer layer is where the flavor stopped. My wife said the chicken was not good, dry and tasteless.

Now, I'm in the south (not born there) and I've had my fair share of BBQ, so I'm pretty well versed on what BBQ is about. Rob's has a lot of things right and a few things not so much. For $30, you'll get six ribs, and if you go with the brisket combo like I did, about 3 and a half pieces of 3/8" thick brisket 3" x 3" appx. Plenty of sides and a nice cornbread. Value: $17 - $20 .

Take in the beautiful view outside the restaurant, hey, you may even want to sit outside if it's a nice day/evening. Because that privilege Will be $10-$13 of the overall cost. Don't be shocked when you get the over $70 bill for a $40 meal, because remember, as I stated in the introduction, - You're paying for the view.

Great atmosphere and service..good southern filling food.
