I never been so excited and overwhelmed in my life, by going to Bill Rapp, this place gave me happiness cause I left with the car of my dream, they're great people to have on your side for a great . Check them out, you want be sorry.

Julie at Bill Rapp made leasing a Buick easy. All the paperwork was ready ahead of time. I test drove the car, loved it and she and she had everything ready to go. Quick, easy and painless. If you are looking to buy or lease, I recommend going to see Julie Moore.

I have never had a better service experience at a car dealership than Bill Rapp Subaru!!! The young lady Sam who answers the phone was very courteous and accommodating. I could not thank her more for being patient with me when I called. Marc my service advisor had everything ready for me when I arrived. Rental car waiting and took excellent care of my vehicle. So professional and helpful. You guys are the best!!!! Thank yo so much Catherine Knight

We were greeted outside and given a salesperson immediately. Julie showed us what we were interested in and answered all our questions. Sean made sure we got the best financing deal available. I would say our total experience was a 10 out of 10!

I know this is a very challenging time for those in the automotive industry. With that being said, part delays or staff shortages are expected but not always understood. The maintenance department at Bill Rapp has been diligent in keeping me informed. I have been pleased with their effective communication about the things that are out of their control but also how they are overcoming some of these challenges. To me this speaks volumes as challenges are inevitable, it's their approach in tackling it that I am most grateful for.

The dealership was great to work with. They did the few things we asked for when buying our van; fixing the roof rack, put on new tires, and everything else most dealers do when selling a used car. The only thing I was just satisfied with, was our salesman. He would walk off to other people before I felt like we were truly finished. Just kind of rushy and quick to keep handling other things. It just rubbed me the wrong way, however, I really loved the van and it was in amazing shape. So we bought it based off the van, not our salesman. Overall, it was a great experience.

Sending my GMC to the Bill Rapp Buick body shop was an easy and enjoyable experience. Steve put me at ease with his communication and technical skills. Steve called me to make sure he understood my car s condition and kept me updated throughout the process. I trust Steve and the body shop s expertise as they knew how to fix my car when other body shops did not. My car functions like new and I walked away very happy with the service and price! I will recommend this shop to people in the future.

I totaled my Honda Fit back in August, during the Hurricane rains. I knew I wanted to switch to a Subaru after hearing such great things. I went into Bill Rapp and was able to speak with Matt Montoya. I explained the situation, and even though I wasn t buying a car that day, he took the time to go over all the questions I had, all the different models of cars and what would be best for me. Matt worked with me to find everything I wanted, and even though the chip shortage was effecting us, he persevered. He would answer questions at all times and respond promptly, if he didn t know the answer he d find out. There was also a sense of urgency for Matt when working with me which was great, unlike at Fox Subaru in Auburn (all Fox dealerships are awful). At the time Fox ended up getting a Subaru that I was going to jump on since my rental ended and I couldn t wait until November (with the chip shortage) However Matt actually was able to get me into the car I really wanted, with all the features I said were non-negotiable and deal breakers. The finance department worked with me and they honored the Subaru VIP program, while Fox wanted to deny it. I ended up getting a tire blown out with all the construction in Syracuse a month later, and they loaned me a vehicle no questions asked, fixed the car the next morning and sent me in my way. Matt has also kept in touch and kept his word when trying to get some add on parts that were out of stock!
