Good place to make utility payments (including mob...

Good place to make utility payments (including mobile payments and top up) among others. Know your account no. Or have bills in hand and it is so much quicker. Conveniently open on saturdays.

Service is good and efficient in an air conditioned atmosphere. Few seats but the Lines move fairly quickly.

Security is good from their dedicated parking to inside and they are willing to assist you

No wheelchair access.

Parking is limited but good and easy to get space on Saturdays. Adjoining parking is available but competes with other users during work hours.

This place is like a mine field!

This place is like a mine field!
I called this place, nobody could give me an intelligent answer.
So I've decided NEVER to do business with them EVER AGAIN.
The agent I spoke to sounded like he had other things that he should be doing besides talking to me. Never mind the fact that some of us has to stay in the U.S & pay our Bills in the Caribbean!

I went to the bill express today Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at Brooklyn supermarket in halfway tree and the women working there were very rude and unprofessional, very horrible customer service. That entire staff needs to be changed

I did a prepaid JPS Topup at bill express/Hilo in...

I did a prepaid JPS Topup at bill express/Hilo in Liguanea yesterday, I got a receipt but there was no voucher number on it and the agent spelt my name incorrectly (because she had more important things doing on her phone). I went back this morning to get it sorted out, the agent just give me attitude and said she can't do anything and Jps will send me a text. I read through the JPS brochure and it clearly states that bill express should provide a voucher number. I called JPS while I was still at bill express and I was told that I should have been provided with a voucher number.
Please train and ensure that the people you hire knows what they are doing and knows how to deal with customers.
