Fantastic experience at downtown location. Had an issue over the weekend with a mobile check deposit so I had to come in and get it taken care of. Member services was amazing. The man helping us (Michael) went above and beyond making sure that and any other issues we had were resolved. So glad we chose this as our bank.
Just to get a statement to make our house payment because we did not receive one I felt they wanted too much personal information. They were give the SS# but also wanted the drivers license number. Would not accept the loan number. I wasn t asking anything about money or bank account I just needed my monthly statement so I could send in my payment.
