I walked in the door mostly knowing which truck I wanted and Jacob make the purchase process very easy. I was in and out in less than 3 hours, test drive included. The truck had a cracked windshield when I bought it and even though they weren't able to get it into the dealership in a reasonable amount of time to get it replaced, they allowed me to have Safelite do it and reimbursed me for the full amount. I would purchase with Jacob again.

The whole process was pretty simple, surprisingly. I've never had things go so smoothly at a big dealership before... until now! Definitely the best experience I've ever had at a dealership and with a vehicle salesman. Mitch Dotson is a rockstar!

What I LOVE about this dealership is the service. This is my 2nd vehicle from Bill Estes. Steve Angle was very helpful and listened to my needs and managed to check the boxes of my wants too, including a payment that was right for me. No high pressure sales. After a long hunt for the prefect vehicle, I found it at Bill Estes Ford. Cheri Edens was attentive to all my needs as far as educating me on the models of vehicle I was interested in, and this greatly changed my experience from mediocre to awesome with minimal effort.
