I walked in the door mostly knowing which truck I wanted and Jacob make the purchase process very easy. I was in and out in less than 3 hours, test drive included. The truck had a cracked windshield when I bought it and even though they weren't able to get it into the dealership in a reasonable amount of time to get it replaced, they allowed me to have Safelite do it and reimbursed me for the full amount. I would purchase with Jacob again.
