I have not dealt with Bill Buckle group before but rang the dealership (and spoke to Aaron Dunning) last Friday 18th September as I was looking to buy the new model Fortuner. I found Aaaron a pleasure to deal with as he is efficient and knowledgable.The car was in stock and I was able to pick it up today 22nd September. The outcome was better than I expected. Thank you to Aaron and all the staff involved at Bill Buckle, for making my purchase an easy and enjoyable experience.

Very poor service. When I told the salesman that I wanted to see a RAV4 GLX Hybrid I got "Why do I want a hybrid " question and then told to go and look at one that was parked outside. No assistance. After spending some time looking at the car I went back inside and was ignored. I went down to Bill Buckle and bought a Hyundai.
John Fulton at Bill Buckle was tremendously helpful, kind and informative when we bought a Toyota Camry Hybrid in October. The car is magnificent! It's already saving us money in fuel. It is so quiet and smooth to drive. Horrendous Service by the consultants for Toyota. Avoid them at all cost. Had to go and order parts from Chatswood toyota as Shaun wasn't interested in serving us and looking after us. How do businesses survive with such bad service in today's day and age!?

Good service in the past, having bought twice off of Paul Sherry, but business must now be so good at Bill Buckle there is no need to return customers calls - & this was for a new sale! Goodness know what sort of service you'd get for a service, spare part or, heaven forbid, a complaint.

Everytime they have done work I get no phone call. Just do the work hit you with the bill at the end. Also have had phone charger and money taken. The staff in the office are nice thou.
Avoid toyota servixe guys at all cost. Non existent customer service. Wasted 2 weeks of our time saying parts have been ordered. When we followed up after 2 weeks we get told that they don't have records of it and will take another 3 odd weeks to get it done. And in saying that they were terribly arrogant and didn't care about anything at all.
Total waste of time. Called in advance, made a verbal offer, was told they would do something on the price, drove all the way out there to test drive, asked to wait around all to be told that they wouldn t take a cent off the sticker price. Don t waste your time.
Worst service our car has ever had. Caused more problems then it had before. Hopeless system for drop off and collection. Hopeless service.

I took delivery of a Toyota Corolla Hybrid on Wednesday and as is the case at present new cars are quite scarce and there is quite a delay. As I am moving north next month I needed it sooner than later. Steve went above and beyond and after a week he found one in Bathurst. From the outset Steve went out of his way to make the process as painless as possible by coming to my place of work with paperwork and picking up my beloved Echo for trade in and delivering the new Corolla decked out with a beautiful blue bow. I cant speak more highly of Steve for his friendly, courteous and helpful demeanour in explaining and setting up all the technical stuff. He even put my new plate covers on when changing them over. Recently bought a car from these guys. John Fulton who sold me the car was very helpful and informative. The car is good too.
Tom in spare parts very helpful and arranged to put parts aside for us. On arrival Tom was not available and so I got the rolled eyes and 'when did you order them' question followed by 'do you have the part numbers' as they were not sitting on the front counter! Eventually parts were located and it was good that they were in stock but it is not hard to be helpful and smile when you serve a customer. Worse though was the poor bloke who came in to ask about his broken glove box catch while I was waiting and was he bluntly told by a different guy, who eventually came out of his office and served him, it would be around $600 for a new glove box. After picking the poor bloke up off the floor I told him to go to a wrecker and get the parts he needed! If you are charging top dollar for Toyota genuine parts at least have the curtesy to do it politely
I visited your show room today, a young women at the desk looked at me then away. I wondered about trying to find the Corolla Hybrid. Eventually a guy arrived ... very low key welcome, gave me a brochure ... said he only had one demo car and might get another car next month! What a joke! Apparently you can't fit a tow-bar to a hybrid? I need a tow-bar to fit a bike rack so how does that work. I phoned your show room to complain to a manager ... all the phones went to answer machine even though the office shouldn't close for 3/4 of hour! I was ready to buy but I'll go elsewhere.

Professional team there. Test drove about 2-3 options. With 3 of us and the salesman took our details and we drove the car ourselves whilst he stayed back to get the next test drive ready. I'd set aside about 2 hours to test drive with 3 adult drivers testing. There is also a westfields nearby too for food and shopping afterwards.

Feel bad rating 1 star because all the staff were great except for one older lady with grey/blonde hair. I took my car in for a service and because the drop off was full, I parked my car in a spot so that I didn t block the footpath or main road, just trying to do the right thing. This woman dropped her papers, threw her arms in the air and literally started yelling at me in front of other customers. Then shook her head walked off and ignored me. Then days later I find out she has also abused 2 of my friends, and my girlfriend who is the nicest girl ever for also doing something wrong. I ve never written a bad review before but this lady is the rudest person I ve ever come across. I can t believe she has a job there. Everyone else was very nice and helpful.
Went in for a part and was assured we'll get a call back once the part was ordered in. It's been two weeks, we've called them multiple times ( no ones answers the phones, it's automated) and they have NOT bothered to return a single call. Spoke to couple of people after thay and left msgs with them as well but no reply at all. Seems like the guys are overworked and under the pump and have forgotten good old customer servixe.
