I purchased a brand new Hilux through bill buckle ...

I purchased a brand new Hilux through bill buckle sales. The vehicle was delivered missing a key. After multiple phone calls I made a booking to have the key collected and have it coded to the vehicle.
I waited for five hrs and at the end received a key that didn't work!!!!!!
I took the key to my usual mechanic who coded it to my new vehicle in less than fifteen minutes!!!!Totally incompetent and a total waste of my time!!!!
As a Toyota fleet customer i have made a formal complaint to Toyota.
If we had to waste two trips over two days for every vehicle we purchased, we would never purchase another Toyota!!
Further to this poor experience with the Bill Buckle group, on a previous occasion my company attempted to purchase a hilux.
After paying the deposit i was told that it was a three month wait, after initially they had assured us that they had multiple vehicles in stock.
This is truly a company that should receive a minus star rating.

My superiors and colleagues were very nice to me and the payment came all the time on time. I can recommend this company to work with!

I bought a used VW Amarok from Bill Buckle. It was supposed to be serviced before sale, and now, two months on, the car tells me it is due for a service. So the service logged in the service book is a fraudulent entry. Actually I am not surprised - the vehicle was not even cleaned, as we discovered used coffee cups and other rubbish in the rear of the cabin, and packing material of the previous owner under the tonneau cover.

Just bought a new Jag in fact picked it up last Friday. Enjoy the moment Jaguar because as happy as my wife is with her new car we wont be buying another until your nav system has the speed camera, traffic light camera warning system and via social media will be warning others off Jag as well. This is as basic as it gets. We are talking the most basic of software tweaks. My Renault Megane has it. My wife's previous $50k, Mazda CX5 has it.

i put up a review about Bill Buckle Toyota used earlier this year.
its now been deleted. How is this possible ?

anyway, i went there with my mother to buy a used car.
we did buy one.was happy with the trade in price they gave us.
the service form the sales guy was OK.
as usual they tried the hard sell of all the useless stuff the try to sell to fatten their profits like paint/fabric/rust proofing, finance & insurance.
total waste of my time and theirs.
finance guy tried to overcharge us by $2K (maybe that's why my review was deleted ???)
a simple error on his behalf but if we hadn't pointed it out he would've been ahead $2K !

Do not buy from this dealer. they will have had our car in repair for 6 months of our first year of ownership!

Purchased new Tiguan Allspace last June 2019 and a faulty leaking sunroof cause extensive damage. They have had our car since April and don't expect it to be back with us till late September.
Both the dealer and VW have taken no ownership of this issue, offered no replacement or any compensation for 6 months loss of depreciation, CTP, Rego, Comprehensive insurance. VW itself has stonewalled any attempt to speak to someone to resolve amicably.

This is still unresolved.
