I purchased a brand new Hilux through bill buckle sales. The vehicle was delivered missing a key. After multiple phone calls I made a booking to have the key collected and have it coded to the vehicle.
I waited for five hrs and at the end received a key that didn't work!!!!!!
I took the key to my usual mechanic who coded it to my new vehicle in less than fifteen minutes!!!!Totally incompetent and a total waste of my time!!!!
As a Toyota fleet customer i have made a formal complaint to Toyota.
If we had to waste two trips over two days for every vehicle we purchased, we would never purchase another Toyota!!
Further to this poor experience with the Bill Buckle group, on a previous occasion my company attempted to purchase a hilux.
After paying the deposit i was told that it was a three month wait, after initially they had assured us that they had multiple vehicles in stock.
This is truly a company that should receive a minus star rating.

This is a feedback as a former employee. I came to Australia with a working holiday visa and this company gave me a job as a yardie for six months. Unfortunately I was not allowed to work longer. My superiors and colleagues were very nice to me and the payment came all the time on time. I can recommend this company to work with!

I bought a used VW Amarok from Bill Buckle. It was supposed to be serviced before sale, and now, two months on, the car tells me it is due for a service. So the service logged in the service book is a fraudulent entry. Actually I am not surprised - the vehicle was not even cleaned, as we discovered used coffee cups and other rubbish in the rear of the cabin, and packing material of the previous owner under the tonneau cover.

Howard Qian & John Fulton were a pleasure to deal with in the purchase of my daughters Corolla. Their knowledge & advice convinced us to go Hybrid & we haven't looked back. What a great car with 10 year warranty on the battery awesome.

I wrote a review and Bill Buckle deleted it! So I m adding it again. Bill Buckle charged my wife $2,000 to service a 3-year old VW Polo, for what was basically an oil change! They charged us $1,400 labour! Avoid Bill Buckle!

Very disappointed with the way the staff dealt with our "purchase", a very last minute notice to us as we were advised to pick up our new polo today arvo however, got a call yesterday saying our car loan still was not approved. Such a disappointment and bad experience to be given empty promises.

Just bought a new Jag in fact picked it up last Friday. Enjoy the moment Jaguar because as happy as my wife is with her new car we wont be buying another until your nav system has the speed camera, traffic light camera warning system and via social media will be warning others off Jag as well. This is as basic as it gets. We are talking the most basic of software tweaks. My Renault Megane has it. My wife's previous $50k, Mazda CX5 has it.
A very dumb call by Jag in a very competitive high tech IT world.

My wife and I have purchased 2 cars from Bill Buckle since 2015, one new Toyota and 1 used car. We plan to buy our next new Toyota from them as well. Staff are sincere, caring and professional.

I've brought two cars from their Land Rover/Jaguar arm and both sales and support were excellent. These guys know what they are doing.

anyway, i went there with my mother to buy a used car.
we did buy one.was happy with the trade in price they gave us.
the service form the sales guy was OK.
as usual they tried the hard sell of all the useless stuff the try to sell to fatten their profits like paint/fabric/rust proofing, finance & insurance.
total waste of my time and theirs.
finance guy tried to overcharge us by $2K (maybe that's why my review was deleted ???)
a simple error on his behalf but if we hadn't pointed it out he would've been ahead $2K !

You can never be too careful when dealing with car yards.

Bought a lemon in 2016, started smoking under the hood on the drive out. Never again

Popped in and checked out the range of Toyota,s test drove the Corolla and Rav 4 very nice the sales team were fantastic thankyou Damien and william for looking after me will be telling my friends to pop down and take a test drive as well thankyou

My daughter had a call while her car was in for a 35000 km service saying she needed 4 new tyres which would have cost here $700 dollars right before Christmas. I looked and still has 20000km on them. Bloody crooks tyres weren't much past half way worn

Do not buy from this dealer. they will have had our car in repair for 6 months of our first year of ownership!

Purchased new Tiguan Allspace last June 2019 and a faulty leaking sunroof cause extensive damage. They have had our car since April and don't expect it to be back with us till late September.
Both the dealer and VW have taken no ownership of this issue, offered no replacement or any compensation for 6 months loss of depreciation, CTP, Rego, Comprehensive insurance. VW itself has stonewalled any attempt to speak to someone to resolve amicably.

This is still unresolved.

Excellent Saturday Service could not fault anything and the car came back washed got to love that. Will use the Saturday service again.

Have been here a few times to look at cars. Best to make an appointment if you want to talk to a sales person or go for a test drive.

When we decided on what car we were looking for David Mace at Bill Buckle Brookvale responded quickly, finding the type and colour we wanted as well as organising accessories to be installed before our pick up. What made the whole process so wonderful was when David organised for our new car to be delivered, free of charge, across the other side of Sydney.
