I purchased a brand new Hilux through bill buckle ...

I purchased a brand new Hilux through bill buckle sales. The vehicle was delivered missing a key. After multiple phone calls I made a booking to have the key collected and have it coded to the vehicle.
I waited for five hrs and at the end received a key that didn't work!!!!!!
I took the key to my usual mechanic who coded it to my new vehicle in less than fifteen minutes!!!!Totally incompetent and a total waste of my time!!!!
As a Toyota fleet customer i have made a formal complaint to Toyota.
If we had to waste two trips over two days for every vehicle we purchased, we would never purchase another Toyota!!
Further to this poor experience with the Bill Buckle group, on a previous occasion my company attempted to purchase a hilux.
After paying the deposit i was told that it was a three month wait, after initially they had assured us that they had multiple vehicles in stock.
This is truly a company that should receive a minus star rating.
