MY WORST TWO YEARS RENTING. Terrible experience. The owner ALFREDO BILD is rude, rude, despotic and gosero. DO NOT BELIEVE ALL REVIEWS READ WELL. THIS TYPE does not repair damage. Doesn't answer calls. When we give the property ALL PAINTED and in perfect condition, they charged us for damages that the house already had. Even if you pass the final inspection of the house, it wants to keep your deposit. NEVER RENT WITH THAT GUY.
Mr. Alfredo Bild is a very professional person. He has always cared to answer all my questions in a correct way. He has never lied to me, and I appreciate his honesty. All Bild Properties staff is highly recommended.

ALERT !! Be careful doing business as renting to buy the least business with the Lord if you can call him like that to Alfredo Bild. The most scamming person who has been able to give birth to a mother, has no comparison with anyone. despota humiliates customers does not face, customers are for the dogs with the only people who deal well with property owners, the people who rent are nothing for him. Ask for 3 months of deposit and when you leave the property does not return the deposit to the clients is left with the saying that the property is damaged and had to make many arrangements, you swindle 50 dollars if at some point you have to send a technician to some arrangement and then alleges that you did not pay even having proof of the payment check. It is a bad and poisonous snake. He does not consider his humiliating and desposta character for the clients even worse. Be careful in going to rent any of those properties that have to do with it. Well, they will never return your deposit, which is quite a lot of money. I just hope God takes care of him for hurting so many people

He was always just a phone call away with any questions or concerns that we had during the entire process. The entire transaction of selling and buying a home was both smooth and seamless. Bild Properties will rip you off when dealing with the deposit, repairmen, and whatever appears. They will charge you 200 dollars for coil cleaning.
By the way, Alfredo Bild the owner of this business is an unpleasant person to deal with.

Well, let me start saying that from the first second I was on the phone with Alfredo Bild it was a very aggressive conversation! I was trying to rent a property and the way he talked to me was like I just came out from jail or was a criminal! He questioned my profesional background. He asked what kind of Doctor I was and where was my office since I don t have office cause I work 100% hospital based he told me I have never heard such a thing, all Doctors have office . My partner lost his business so he started a bankruptcy recently. Because of that with my credit in great conditions he asked me to come with $15000 in deposits plus 1st month of rent! I said no thank you very much! So he has the audacity to tell my realtor that I make enough money to pay it. Who the hell think he is to decide how I expend my money???? No only that he was so disrespectful that told my realtor that with that awful credit I will not get a house in 7 years! My realtor told him you are wrong! His answer well at least not a million dollar home really??? He also was deciding already the type of home I m buying??? On the phone he don t let you talk! He hang up the phone on you and talks over you! Conclusion: Disrespectful, unprofessional, unpleasant, intrusive in personal matters, unpolished, and most of all absolutely IGNORANT.

Scam property rental company! not only are all of their properties extremely outdated and overpriced but with cheap appliances and decor but they up the rent every single year and charge you for any maintenance check and fix! even when its not your fault. Alfredo bill is unfriendly and rude and abuses his powers.

While not a horrible experience, my one year renting from Bild was unpleasant. I will never rent from them again and would very much not recommend renting from Bild Properties. I rented an apartment in the Spanish Trace Condominium.
Some bad ceiling water damage that existed on move in they just refused to fix despite telling me they would when I signed the contract. They charged me $50 for repairs for damages that existed on move in. They took 3 months of me calling their office to fix said damages. Often I would call with problems, they would take my information and never call me back. On move out they took $150 out of my security deposit for "cleaning" although I had thoroughly cleaned to apartment on move out.
I highly recommend this company, I have been a customer of this one year ago and they are very friendly and in good treatment. Mr. Alfredo does a good job and is very responsible. My family and I are very grateful.

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY RUDE. On top of all of this, he uses POA's (Power of Attorney's) to make decisions for every owner he does business with, and he owners do not have a saying when it comes HOA's elections at Gladewinds Heights. They have a mafia organization where Mr. Bild places whoever he wants as the Board President to do whatever he feels like on the properties he manage there.

A great experience from Day one , and at the end of my lease I was very surprise to find out for the first time in more them 25 years in Miami dealing with over 15 landlord that this is an Honest company , I got my over $4000 dollars deposit back with not questions asked after I returned the house in the same conditions I got it , first time for me to received my whole deposit , I truly recommend Bild properties and his team as the best landlord you can deal with in south Florida

Alfredo is a person who brings horrible customer service. He has a huge problem with his ego on his tenants and inside his real estate business, he is a person who steals his own colleagues clients.
