Well, let me start saying that from the first second I was on the phone with Alfredo Bild it was a very aggressive conversation! I was trying to rent a property and the way he talked to me was like I just came out from jail or was a criminal! He questioned my profesional background. He asked what kind of Doctor I was and where was my office since I don t have office cause I work 100% hospital based he told me I have never heard such a thing, all Doctors have office . My partner lost his business so he started a bankruptcy recently. Because of that with my credit in great conditions he asked me to come with $15000 in deposits plus 1st month of rent! I said no thank you very much! So he has the audacity to tell my realtor that I make enough money to pay it. Who the hell think he is to decide how I expend my money???? No only that he was so disrespectful that told my realtor that with that awful credit I will not get a house in 7 years! My realtor told him you are wrong! His answer well at least not a million dollar home really??? He also was deciding already the type of home I m buying??? On the phone he don t let you talk! He hang up the phone on you and talks over you! Conclusion: Disrespectful, unprofessional, unpleasant, intrusive in personal matters, unpolished, and most of all absolutely IGNORANT.
I m glad other people did truthful reviews! I read them all! I m glad didn t do I business with him! Thanks to these reviews and his ways on the phone even with the money at my bank I decided not to go through!!!!
