Just bought a used car of the cheaper kind. Just had great experiences.

Not particularly happy with handling me as a customer and my needs. Get the feeling that I am troublesome when I need help with my car.

Is not recommended. Have used them for several years before. Bad serive and can't explain all points on the invoice when you pick up the car from the workshop. The car was to be dented by a staff member one of the time it was inside, took 4 months before they rectified this.

Here I got very good help and guidance, so here I highly recommend and get service

Been on the service / rope of the car and it has to be one of the best service one can get. Very helpful with explanations and feedback about the service and quick feedback.

Poor service and a lot of clutter! you are told to book an appointment but still have to wait. This has happened every time I went to the workshop.
Workshop is also not something I recommend I and my friend have fixed our car there and we both had yours several times for the same problem, but it is not yet fixed.
We have both bought our cars there and both cars have been missing something that should go on the warranty, this is what they should fix but even though we have been with the cars there several times, they have not fixed this and come up with more excuses for this . So also do not recommend buying a used car there.

Could not buy front light bulb on a Saturday, even though the sales department was open. The warehouse was closed. Ride on Statoil
