I absolutely loved the pregnancy yoga class, I would leave with my body completely relaxed and was able to have a proper nights sleep each Saturday. When I was too uncomfortable during the week I was able to recreate positions I had learnt. I was only able to do the first 2 classes as I was 38 weeks and 39 weeks, I was happy knowing that if I went overdue I had a yoga class to look forward to at the end of the week. I wish I had been able to do all 4 sessions as I found the first 2 so helpful with being uncomfortable at the end of pregnancy and also I was able to use the breathing techniques and positions in labour. Claire the instructor is absolutely amazing, Thank you so much!
