Been there a couple of times but I stop cause the customer services is the worse I ever have to deal with. The guy on the phone is always friendly but when you pop at the door he is so arrogant and unfriendly.
I bought my new Mountain bike at Melbourne Bicycle Centre two weeks ago. And again, what a fantastic experience! The staff are very friendly and professional. Clint and his colleague are always happy to bend over backwards for its customers! It's so great to talk about bikes with real cyclists! Thanks a lot guys! You are definitely my favorite bike shop!
Really amazing staff here - they offer a huge amount of support even during the tough stage 4 conditions. Purchased a new Lekker Amsterdam bike from them and accessories to go with and they ve been helpful throughout and offered advice as to what model bikes would fit best.
Great team of profesional bike mechanics, would recommend 100% to trust in these guys.
The Focus MTB I purchased here got held up with it's delivery date but Clint made it worth my while for the inconvenience, even without it being the shops fault with the freight and gave me a great deal overall. Jessie was great to deal with also, helping my initial interest in which model of bike to buy. Thanks again guys I'll be back again!
I feel very disappointed to write this review. I purchased an EMTB at bikes.com.au about 1 year ago. I have to say, I was quite pleased with the sales experience, however in today s age, one of the reasons we buy from our local bike shop is that, we expect they will take ownership and look after their costumers after the sale is completed. I want to support my locals, but I also expect to be looked after as a valuable costumer. I had a couple of situations which I called them to book to bring the bike in for a service. In this last occasion, I only needed an adjustment in the rear derailleur. I was given a 2 months waiting time. As much as I want to understand how busy bike shops are, post COVID, i still have an expectation to be looked after as a valuable costumer. 2 months waiting time for service is not good enough when you spend $7k on a bicycle. I will certainly buy online next time.

I went to other shops, found bikes I liked at similar price points, but it was Jesse s friendliness and attention to detail that sold it to me. Highly recommended.

Went in looking for replacement pedals and a few components to replace ones attached to a stolen bike. Yigit was professional, efficient and courteous. He helped me find a replacement cradle by my bike lights and helped me fit pedal straps without question.

The team are fantastic. They were so accommodating and friendly. I had a small issue that needed fixing quickly and so many other bike stores just turned me away. I don t even live near Prahran, but I ll happily go out of my way to get my bike serviced with these guys next time. Really great service!
