I feel very disappointed to write this review. I purchased an EMTB at bikes.com.au about 1 year ago. I have to say, I was quite pleased with the sales experience, however in today s age, one of the reasons we buy from our local bike shop is that, we expect they will take ownership and look after their costumers after the sale is completed. I want to support my locals, but I also expect to be looked after as a valuable costumer. I had a couple of situations which I called them to book to bring the bike in for a service. In this last occasion, I only needed an adjustment in the rear derailleur. I was given a 2 months waiting time. As much as I want to understand how busy bike shops are, post COVID, i still have an expectation to be looked after as a valuable costumer. 2 months waiting time for service is not good enough when you spend $7k on a bicycle. I will certainly buy online next time.
