I just have to get rid of my egg here; DEAC forces me to pay for a maintenance contract for a coffee machine that is broken and no longer exists! Yes there is a contract, however, I do not know 3 months in advance that a device breaks down. That 50% is then offered is still too much. The point is that you do not provide a service but still want money and then you hide behind a contract. Apart from the fact that it is completely customer-unfriendly, if you have to earn money as a company, then you either don't get it, or it just doesn't go so well. I would be really embarrassed if I were you.

Great company with fast accurate action ,. Fortunately, few problems / malfunctions, however, if there is one, it is immediately picked up and arranged. Chapeau!
Also needs to lose an egg. With some effort I made an appointment for a service for my E61 bought at Deac (no response to webform and so call). Then again all hassle, but the most important: mechanic comes in, reports that 1) device has not had any maintenance for a long time and that he could not start on it 2) that he only had an hour and 3) that device first Deac would have to and only then could get maintenance. Ad 1: Deac had reported that the machine had never been serviced (had no complaints, by the way); Ad 2: had reported that it had to be a 1,000,000 km turn, so the person at the office who reserves an hour for that can, as far as I am concerned, go straight to the employment office; and Ad 3: fine, you are there anyway so take the E61 with you, but the mechanic did not want that. I wonder how long Deac will last ....
Edit: I received a call from the general director following this review. In terms of content, this conversation did not yield any new points of view. He would discuss it internally and get back to it. I also indicated that of course I still need a service for my E61. We have not heard from them anymore, which provides little incentive to adjust the assessment.
