I always order from these guys all the way from Canada , always answer my calls, and very friendly , they pushed my payment issue through for me this past week when I ordered MOTU figs. I only wish I lived there I'd be there everyday haha.

Took 5 days to ship a figure, usally whenever i order things online it would ship a day after, slow shipping but thats fine, they use fedex which i do not like, fedex brought it to my city then for some reason took it to wisconsin then idiana, but thats not bigbadtoystores fault, the item came after almost 2 weeks, i would give it 5 but the shipping was too slow

Best online toy store on Earth. Great, friendly, knowledgeable staff, great selection and prices. I swear by them, and so should you. It would be awesome if they were to open a brick and mortar store in Somerset.

Their Standard Grade is a joke. it is just an excuse to send out a Pop! with Box Damage. If the level of Standard Grade is that bad I only wonder what their Sub-standard Grade looks like.

Plus I was on the phone with them at 3:30 and in the middle of my call the CSR straight up says "I am now closed and have to terminate the call"

Ended up paying $80 Canadian for an item that was posted as $30 on the site. I couldn't find anything that stated that the currency was in American only and there was no automatic exchange rate like a lot of sites use. I went to checkout with the item in my cart, saw there was a $20 shipping fee, which I was okay with. So my $30 item became $50. Then I checked my bank and saw that $67 had come out, I was like alright I guess the site didn't automatically adjust for exchange rate. Then I went to pick it up from the post office and they required a $13 fee for whatever reason in order for me to take my item. So now my item is up to $80 Canadian. I haven't opened it yet, but seeing as its a Christmas gift for my son, and he likes to unbox stuff himself, but I'm sure it will be in good condition, which is a plus... But ffs $80!?!?. .. I won't be ordering from them again. AMAZON PRIME all day!!

It took 9 days from the day i paid until they created a shipping label. The morning of the 9th day I asked to cancel and requested a refund and I got an email stating that the item was already shipped so they couldn't cancel. But according to FedEx, the label wasn't created until 6 hours after I requested a refund. First time buyer, last time buyer.

Been dealing with BBTS for years. This company is the real deal. They always pack the item to perfection. Great prices,great shipping prices. Disney and Hasbro should take a page out of BBTS shipping procedures.

Customer service is good. Everything is well.packed. shipping prices are pretty high and they never discount shipping like other online places no matter how much you spend.

Im a Michigan dude so shipping is fast I love their service very professional, timely, and convenient plus have the best stuff I only order DBZ sh figuarts but nonetheless.

My go to online store for anything related to pop culture like action figures, statues and other collectibles.

Better prices than some other online stores and their Pile of Loot service allows you to gather several packages and have them shipped into one order to save some money and generate less pollution and waste.

Always provides the best of services. My #1 spot for Transformers, both in new lines, MP and 3rd party to even older lines or JP and Takara exclusives. I still remembered my first order which was MP Soundwave, got the full set and all his cassettes and other bonus accessories all at a discounted price that summer. Even the shipping was quick.
Reasonable prices, good sales and discounts and always get my packaging on schedule and in good condition. Definitely recommend and a good start if you re looking into figure collecting. Their pre-order service is also a big help, especially when Pile Of Loot option is mixed in.

The first time I ordered was great, it was supposed to arrive May 5th and it arrived April 24th , so it was awesome. But now ive ordered a second time now and it was supposed to get here yesterday and today is the 11th day which is the last day for the Big Bad Toy Store shipment guarantee and its been in phoenix for days now so they can be slow on shipments.

They have they toys I want for my birthday and to get the stickers just call in and talk to them over the phone

I recently purchased the Ubiquitous UB-01LS diorama set from BBTS. The set has hundreds of small parts, some that light up. When I received this item from BBTS it had a few light up parts that were damaged/not working. I contacted BBTS customer service and Matt sent me replacement parts within just a day or two. Matt was very quick to respond to my inquiry and followed thru until I had what I needed to fix the problem. I've always been happy with BBTS's products, it's good to know they back up their top shelf toy sales with top shelf customer service. Thanks again to Matt, this man is on point.

I love Big Bad Toy Store! I have been ordering from them for a number of years and always happy I did. Their shipping is very reasonable and quick and their customer service is phenomenal. I have only ever had one issue with an order, which was the manufacturer's fault, and BBTS was quick to solve it. It feels like they actually care about their customers and are very collector friendly.
