The staff at Bigfish helped me design a fantastic logo for my company's branding. I didn't know where to start, but Carrie and staff helped me through the process of picking the right colors, embroidery size and the right shirts/material that instantly identifies my business. It also saved me so much time, letting the professionals do the work instead of trying to do it myself.

Very friendly staff! Stopped in to have a shirt fixed that was embroidered wrong by another company and they offered great ideas how to fix it and he did it while I waited. I will definitely go back and highly recommend this place!

Came in to have shirts made for my personal training business and from the Getgo the entire staff was super friendly and helpful in getting my logos arranged on the shirts and getting them just the way I wanted. Email communication was fast and turnaround time for my order was very quick despite being during the holiday season. They went out of their way more than once during my order to make sure I was 100 percent happy and it was a pleasure doing business with them!

I needed shirts screen printed last minute. I called a few other local business and couldn't find anyone that could do next day. Finally when I was about to give up, I called Big Fish and they said yes Ma'am we can help you! I was so excited, but not as excited as when I saw the finished product. They did an amazing job. If you want top quality and outstanding service you must come here. I would give more stars if they had them.

I went in to Big Fish Company to have embroidery and screen print done for my company. I had to wait a short time while the lady at the front desk completed a transaction with a rather difficult client. The man was quite rude. She handled it all with aplomb. While I waited I browsed their quite nice showroom and got ideas for a wedding gift I have to buy in a few weeks. When it was my turn I provided my design on a thumb drive and the lady helped me with what process would work best for my budget and would work for my design. I spoke personally with the very knowledgeable embroiderer and designer and knew that I was in good hands. I don't mind paying a little more to work with experienced people. After all you get what you pay for. And I did. On time, with no hassles, and my project went off under budget without a hitch. Thank you Big Fish Company!

I sprinted in today after forgetting to bring by a blanket I needed embroidered for weeks, and the staff was beyond kind and helpful. After telling me that they wouldn't have it ready until Monday, I told them I needed it for a 6 year olds birthday this weekend and they said they'd do everything they could to get it done in time. They called me 7 hours later saying it was ready. Thank you!

It's so refreshing to be involved with a business who cares about their workmanship and community. They are knowledgeable and are wonderful communicators. This is our third order with them and I know not our last.

Me and my brother went here to get some Tshirts made but before we could get in the door she was asking what we wanted like she was in a rush when I tried to explain I needed graphics she said that didn't tell her much as I was trying to pull up my images she then told me her machine was broke so go to big frog but beware of their Tshirts...overall I found this lady to be very rude and unprofessional and ended up getting great service at big frog on central Avenue.

We needed t-shirts for a party on short notice and Connie went above and beyond to make it happen! I went in in person on a Monday to talk about ideas, and was holding awesome t-shirts by the end of business on Friday. I would highly recommend going with Big Fish for your printing needs. Love Big Fish Co. Love that it's local. First I was an ongoing client with an online tshirt company. My shirts came out exactly as promised, quality and time-line. Currently, I am working at Big Fish Co as the graphic designer, and love giving the clients the design service that I once received. We walk you through the design process, point out requests that might not work well with your particular process, while suggesting an alternative that works for you. You will receive a proof of the work requested and production starts after your approval.

Customer Service is not there!! The front desk lady, seemed to be extremely annoyed that i was asking questions about an order that would cost more than $1,000. I was being very thorough with what I wanted to purchase and wanted to make sure they were going to cable of completing the order. Once she gave me ridiculous prices she proceeded to complain and tell me that they couldn't do anything with my order until I sent them my logo in vector form. I sent it to them the following day and haven't heard back from them. It's been a week.
I went to BIG T and they're prices were lower and they're customer service was AMAZING!!!!!!

I wanted to keep my business local so I went here to get some quotes for conference material. Was working with a girl named Meagan who rushed me along and acted as if I was inconveniencing her. After I got my artwork finished I reached out via email and phone and she was unresponsive.
Their lead times are usually many weeks long because they outsource most items besides T-shirt's and then up-charge it.
I took my business to Sir Speedy and they blew Big Fish out of the water on speed, professionalism, and price. If you are a t-shirt business this might be your jam but if you run a professional business, I would not recommend it. Being unresponsive is extremely unprofessional.

The customer service is exceptional and the prices are great.

This place is amazing!! All of the staff is super friendly, and you can t beat the prices for the product!! They made designing our company shirts easy and fun. Will definitely use them for all of our printing needs.

Our company was looking to get about 500 shirts printed.
As a local business owner myself, I believe in supporting my local St Pete/Tampa Bay businesses as well.

When I walked into Big Fish Co, I was "greeted" by a woman who later gave me her business card named Carrie Renner. RUDE RUDE RUDE.

From the moment I walked in the door, she acted as if I was interrupting her.
Its not like I was asking her to solve quadratic equations.
I asked her "What styles do you carry?" Her response "What do you mean?"
Me: "Can you show me some styles?" Her response: "look by that blue one"
Me: "What is the turn around time?" Her response: "It depends on what you want"

I went to show her what I wanted, and she replies "I dont need to see anything. Just tell me if you want colors. Price is based on colors. And if you want a colored shirt, it costs more"

I'm going to order 500 shirts, I think I'm aware of costs.

Carrie was rude, condescending, and has absolutely NO customer service!

Good news travels slowly, and bad news travels like wild fire!

I completely believe in shopping local, and supporting our local businesses. And I absolutely will - to any other local vendor.
I will never step foot in your establishment again, and I will be advise anyone else to save the drive, and skip this place as well.

I am absolutely DELIGHTED to be working with Big Fish Co. My business has recently branched out into t-shirts. Not having any experience with screen printing companies, I did my research going from company to company to company. As soon as I walked into Big Fish I knew they were who I was going to work with! The "We want You Here!" energy was palatable! And they have not disappointed!!! I could not be happier with their customer service, design team, pricing and turn around time!
