I went in to Big Fish Company to have embroidery and screen print done for my company. I had to wait a short time while the lady at the front desk completed a transaction with a rather difficult client. The man was quite rude. She handled it all with aplomb. While I waited I browsed their quite nice showroom and got ideas for a wedding gift I have to buy in a few weeks. When it was my turn I provided my design on a thumb drive and the lady helped me with what process would work best for my budget and would work for my design. I spoke personally with the very knowledgeable embroiderer and designer and knew that I was in good hands. I don't mind paying a little more to work with experienced people. After all you get what you pay for. And I did. On time, with no hassles, and my project went off under budget without a hitch. Thank you Big Fish Company!
