Customer Service is not there!! The front desk lady, seemed to be extremely annoyed that i was asking questions about an order that would cost more than $1,000. I was being very thorough with what I wanted to purchase and wanted to make sure they were going to cable of completing the order. Once she gave me ridiculous prices she proceeded to complain and tell me that they couldn't do anything with my order until I sent them my logo in vector form. I sent it to them the following day and haven't heard back from them. It's been a week.
I went to BIG T and they're prices were lower and they're customer service was AMAZING!!!!!!
